I held a BTC position for several years and my account showed roughly $86,000 (~250,000 PLN). I thought a simple deposit would unlock the funds.
No. After depositing, all bonus and profits were canceled, and the new system now requires huge trading volume (X × 3 lots) just to withdraw even a small part of the bonus.
It looks like real money on your screen, but in practice you will never see it.
If you’re thinking of depositing to “unlock” your profit – don’t do it.
It’s a trap that plays on your emotions and shows massive numbers, but in reality you cannot withdraw them.
In short: bonuses look attractive, but they are just numbers on the screen. Real profits only happen if you deposit your own money and trade on a real account.

I earned $4,000, but the company suddenly (without warning) stole all my funds and does not respond to my questions. The support service only communicates until the withdrawal request is made.

I would like to urge everyone to read their comment attached to my complaint first. I trade with multiple brokers they are by far the worst. You would notice the sound like professional cry babies that are sad for being called out.I rated them a one star because there wasn't any lower rating. This broker is the worst broker you could ever use, everything bad you could possibly imagine a broker do instaforex does it. From slow responses to hidden clauses and delayed deposits and withdrawals. Now they claim to have paid and haven't paid a dime the acct number is 9250312.Those mentioned are even still good because they have a lot more terrible strategies they use to reel unsuspecting clients in. I tried the $30ndb I'd fulfilled all terms and conditions you needed to trade 15 insta forex lots which is 1.5 market lots and I traded 20 market lots meaning 200 instalots and made profit, Unable to withdraw for over two weeks the customer support tossed me like a rag doll, when I ask for the specific reason I can't withdraw they say I need to keep trading. Ok no problem how many lots should I trade to withdraw I ask then they refer me to the terms and conditions. I would post screenshots but can't cus trustpilot doesn't provide such. They will come into this post and comment some BS trying to sound remorseful the only fool here is me for wasting time with thieves. In the next decade I expect them to be inoperable.

I am filing this complaint against InstaForex regarding a serious issue with my funds.
My Umbrella Account Number: 1510....
My Client Account Number: 5027....
For the past one and a half months I have been trying to resolve two incomplete transactions related to my accounts. I contacted the support team, finance department, and other communication channels of InstaForex multiple times.
Despite providing evidence and repeatedly requesting clarification, the company has stopped responding to my messages completely.
My funds have effectively disappeared and no official explanation or proof of transaction has been provided. This situation is extremely alarming and puts my money at serious risk.
If InstaForex claims that the transactions were successfully completed, they must provide official documentary proof such as:
• Complete transaction records
• Payment confirmation
• Destination account details
Without such proof, their claim cannot be accepted.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will continue to escalate the matter publicly and through all possible regulatory and legal channels.

InstaForex is a Big Scam - They Rejected My Profit Withdrawal!
I want to warn all new traders not to fall for InstaForex's $30 No Deposit Bonus trap. It is a completely fake offer and a scam.
I worked very hard to fulfill all their terms and conditions. My account was fully verified up to Level 3, and I even completed more trading volume (16.97 lots) than their required target. I had a $30 profit available in my account to withdraw, but when I placed the withdrawal request, they refused to give me my money without any valid reason.
Their Support team emailed me using 'Clause 13' as an excuse, stating that the company has the right to cancel anyone's bonus and hard-earned profit at any time without prior notice or explanation. This simply means they will make you complete their targets for free, and when it is time to pay, they will show you weird hidden rules and reject your withdrawal.
Do not waste your time and hard work on their platform. Please do not even by mistake deposit your real money here. Worst broker ever! It is a completely fraudulent service.

My account 9249902 clearly showed an amount available for withdrawal. I submitted a withdrawal request, which was rejected without any explanation and refunded to my account. The support team then told me to try again.
After following their instructions, the available withdrawal amount suddenly disappeared. Now the system says I have insufficient funds.
No explanation. No warning. No rule violation mentioned. And when I reach out, the support team responds with generic, indifferent statements, completely ignoring the real issue. It feels like they don’t care at all about my situation or the rules they themselves set.
I followed all the bonus conditions, committed no fraud, and invested my time and effort. And yet, my money vanished and the broker shows complete indifference.
This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty. I am still waiting for a real explanation.
