Using the site on my phone is a nightmare because the layout isn't optimized for a smaller screen. Buttons overlap each other and the keyboard hides the text box when I'm trying to type, all of which could be fixed if they just released a proper app already.

The welcome credits they give you are gone in like ten minutes if you actually try to talk to anyone. I wish they would let you test out the features a bit more before asking for a commitment, because right now you barely get to see how the chat even works before the balance hits zero.
