Instant Promotion Reviews

It was easy to order

We have ordered several custom canopies from Instant Promotion and always get compliments on how nice and durable they all are. We will be ordering from them again for sure!

Customer service was great before the sale and the product was perfect.

Great quality and exactly what I wanted! Can’t wait to order the 10 x 10 for my business!

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Instant Promotion. We’ve purchased three custom canopies, multiple tablecloths, and several pop-up tables, and every product has exceeded our expectations. The quality has been excellent, the branding looks great, and everything has held up well through repeated use at events.

What has impressed us just as much as the products is the customer service. Their team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Orders have been handled professionally, and they’ve consistently delivered on what was promised.

We highly recommend Instant Promotion to anyone looking for high-quality promotional displays and outstanding customer service. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

I sent in my logo and some basic design ideas, and the team responded with a full color rendering. One adjustment, and my order was ready to submit. My one gripe is that there are so many "upgrades" that should be included in the cost, such as a rolling bag for storage.

I sent an email because the storage bag I just purchased for my custom tent from last year is too big. I haven't received a response because i would like to return it.

My sales rep was super helpful and acomodated my requests quickly. The overall product quality has been maintained (or even in some cases improved) from previous materials.

Wonderful experience! The sales rep I worked with, Bo, was responsive, helpful and available. He was incredibly helpful as I worked to get our items done to perfection. Processing and shipment was extremely fast too!! Great customer service, great quality and care. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bo Peele has great customer service and always delivers updates on orders! Thank you for all your help with my logo.

James Minson was very helpful in the hole process! Help me come up with other ideas for what I wanted and it looks great very happy with what I got!!! I highly recommend this company.

The response time on the artwork was fast and the design turned out matching the artwork exactly. The product itself is engineered well , allowing for easy inflation and deflation.

Repeat client and, once again, quality, service, and timeliness have exceeded expectations!

Awesome product! Super high quality! Can’t say enough great things about the canopy, frame, and rolling bag. Can’t wait to use it at events!

The Instant Promotion staff made sure my order was correct and that it was shipped on time for my event. Thanks guys your awesome.

We had gradient color designs which turned out nicely.

The process was smooth and the canopy was top notch. Perfect for my events.

Easy to order and shipped expeditiously.

I highly recommend Instant Promotions and Sales Associate Bo Peele!

Customer service is beyond compare. Bo Peele Sales Associate out of North Carolina Office and the design team were exceptional, extremely helpful, responsive, professional and kind. I was am so impressed with how they went the extra mile to help me. They even took the time to give me step by step instructions on how they locked down my adobe illustrator artwork so I could do it myself for other projects. I am so grateful!

The quality of the 10’ x 20’ Pro Expo Tent with Classic Digital Package, 10’ walls with and without doors and Pro Expo Roller bag is exceptional, heavy weight, durable and high quality.

The tent withstood high winds while other tents collapsed around it. The printed canopy looked so nice with quality graphics.

The sides are heavy weight with quality zippers and strong Velcro. The door feature is well thought out and perfect.

The Pro Expo Roller Bag is drastically improved from older versions. The bag is durable with larger wheels and support plates. This bag makes it so much easier to pack and move the tent. High Quality! Must Have!

Extremely quick turnaround. Took less than 2 weeks from start of design to shipping, and less than 3 weeks to arrival.
