Excellent product
Excellent product! Well made, heavy duty and durable! Customer service/artwork team is awesome and super easy to work with! I will be ordering more items in the very near future to make my existing vendor canopy a little more flexible and tailored to event specific needs. 10/10 recommend.

Thank you, Jeff! We’ve really enjoyed working with you over the years, and it’s great to hear our service is still hitting the mark. We appreciate MVHS Cross Country continuing to choose us for your canopy needs!
Ask and ye shall receive.
Y'all keep asking for reviews and I keep telling you, you are not priced competitively. The canopy and the frame (which is required) are sold separately yet marketed as a package. The width of the legs of the frame does not accommodate weights easily (unless purchased from IP, of course). Neither the frame nor canopy come with a case. Please stop asking me to review you. The stars will continue to go down.

Hi Tommy, we appreciate you continuing to share your thoughts. Your original quote included a frame, but during the selection process you chose the “no frame” option—which also includes a note clarifying that we can’t guarantee fit with other brands, and recommending our frames for best results. It’s something many customers do when they already own one of our frames, but we understand how that step could be overlooked or misunderstood.
As for the weights, the heavy-duty frame you later purchased features a wider leg profile—part of its added strength—which can limit compatibility with generic accessories. It’s a trade-off that supports durability, but we understand your concerns. We’ll continue working on making all of this as clear as possible upfront, and we appreciate your honest feedback.
ordered replacement parts
I had to order replacement parts for my tent. Customer service rep was nice and parts were delivered quickly. I would recommend adding more pictures and a more detailed description to the replacements parts. Overall great company.

The tent is beautiful
The tent is beautiful. The materials are high quality. It came out just as designed. The only thing I wonder is the best way to keep the white material clean should it get dirty.

Thank you, Lori! We’re so glad to hear you’re happy with how your tent turned out and that the quality met your expectations. It’s always exciting to see a design come to life just as envisioned.
To keep the white material looking its best, spot cleaning with mild soap and water usually does the trick—and the canopy fabric is machine washable as well for a deeper clean. Let us know if you ever need care instructions or support!

Thank you, Temicka! We're glad to hear the setup was simple and that you were happy with the graphics.
We appreciate the feedback about the transport bag; during the ordering process, there is an option to include a roller bag, but it could be overlooked when focusing on other accessories. If you decide you’d like to add one down the road, we’d be happy to help. Thanks again from all of us at Instant Promotion!
The order was done in a professional…
The order was done in a professional manner. I received the product that I ordered, the tent was more than what I expected. They provided me with exactly what I ordered. The quality of the work was more than I expected. The tent and the frame were made of the best quality of materials. It was easy to put up and take down. We I used the tent for the first time, the weather was windy and rainy and it stood up to the elements.
