Refusing to allow a refund even though they don’t offer alternative sizing. Even if I could return, they’d charging me for both delivery and return postage. Their customer service couldn’t be less helpful. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Their customer service is really disappointing. Bought my third pair of swimmers with them as a return, loyal customer, I asked for a partial refund as I bought swimsuits that went on sale just days later and I only received my items on the last day of sale. They basically said just return the items, buy them again, so another 2 weeks shipping, losing money on shipping to return them and more resources to pack again, ship, repack and return. So much for a sustainable company. Won’t return.

Honestly the nicest swim suits and the quality is insane! Finally found swimsuits right for me size wise and so glad I came across this company for my triathlon training!!

Love it. Ultra fast shipping from the UK to Germany. I finally found a swimsuit that's suitable for swimming because it stays in place, but still looks stylish and sexy because of the high cut legs and cross-back straps. I got the Karma X, and the contrast around the neckline looks lovely.

Ordered the tall swimsuit stating it’s for 5”8+, I am 5”8 (and a half!) and unfortunately it’s still too short in the body so having to return. The bust also has no built in padding otherwise I would have tried another size. Royal Mail postage fee for return.

The service was very poor, and the sizing is completely inaccurate. I recommend ordering one or even two sizes larger than your usual size. I had to return my order and was not refunded for the shipping costs.
The company refuses to acknowledge that the sizing is incorrect and offers no solution. While the colors are nice, the quality is disappointing. The garments are poorly constructed, with strange seams and cuts that make them uncomfortable to wear and do not fit the body properly.

About to purchase a second one-piece cause I need moooore! Had it shipped all the way to Australia and couldn’t love it any more

I really wanted to love it, and I was so excited but disappointed. The fabric is really nice however the fit is not great, Im a size 8 and went for a medium as I have a larger chest and a bit of a bum (sizing confused me a lot when ordering). So it gives a bubble butt, like its so tight it digs in on your bum and gives like a major VPL, not flattering. And then it gapes under my chest (tbf common issue with swimsuits). But I can't get a smaller one as would dig in even more on my butt? I should have sent it back but I did really want to love it, however I never wear it because I don't feel good in it.

Also I have realised they only seem to post reviews with images? So if it doesn't look good you are unlikely to post a pic...they are kind of skewing the reviews on their website?

I had to order a few different sizes but the customer service was excellent. They reached out via email, and also posted the size and style I wanted as soon as it was back in stock.

The swimsuits themselves are excellent quality, would definitely recommend.

(I'd definitely measure before ordering, as I went with the longer option even though I am not 5ft 8.)
