Their technology is crap. Their in-survey prompts are annoying and stupid. They said the survey was 8 minutes, but forced to do more than double that through their horrid screens. There are lots of bugs in the user interface. It is worse than AI slop. After finally completing the survey, they said the audio didn't come through and asked me to re-do it.

They tell people they may be asked to re-do questions from the beginning. I suspect that is because their system is so bad and they are too cheap and nasty to fix the issues actually occurring on their end. I've never had any issues with my mic with other survey companies. It's a quality headset. Given all annoying bugs and limitations during the survey, I'm confident the issues are on their end.

They block you after getting responses and don’t pay you

So I’ve done other instapanels and have gotten paid without a problem. But now they are playing dirty and have disabled my account to not pay..So all hard work for nothing…this is a scam of a company and would recommend to stay away!

Did a survey on Walgreens and it was incredibly simple, efficient, and fun. $75 for 30 mins of my time to improve somewhere I shop 2x/month at least? Great job Instapanel!

This company is a fraud.

They paid me for a project and I came to evaluate it well, but recently they invited me through the Respondent platform.

I made all the requested videos and the next day they sent me an email with a block and informed me that they would not pay for my activity.

They are defaulters and fraudsters.

They blocked my account as an excuse to not pay me - claimed I violated terms, when all I did was answer their survey🤣 ridiculous company

I've just joined as a panelist and the experience was excellent. The software (no download required) worked straight away, the compensation was very fair and paid very quickly after completion.

Very simple tasks which don’t take that long and payout is made very quick

I made 5/6 instapanels, the 'interviews'are different from the others. First you fill a screener and if you are on target you can do the 'interview'. I mean, you see the questions on the screen and only with your permission you record your face while you're answering the questions. They were very interesting and easy and I received all the payment by 48 hours. Looking forward to have other instapanel :)

The customer service to me is always very quick and efficient, I love their panels and as well the great payout makes me happy! they are legitimate and their need to seek for reviews for absolute is just as inspiring 🩷🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

They will not pay you a penny. On several reminders I havent received an answer from them.

Update: after over half a year someone from Instapanel reached out to me. He in fact admitted that they did something wrong but aren't willing to pay me a cent of my hard earned money. Instead they decided to try to suppress and get my feedback deleted. But guess what ... Trustpilot just verified my review.
