They ARE nothing but SCAM!
I tried to contact them through watsup, email, Viber, phone Nr, email and no one answered me !

Very complicated
I’m applying from Sweden but whatever I write out of my passport info the system denies it and keep returning back.

I booked my hotels and paid before issuing the visa, I thought it is as easy as Turkey evisa but unfortunately it is so complicated and I think they still do things manually. 😞😞

Not recommended at all, I would not recommend anyone to deal with this travel agent it is a rabe off money suckers they should closedown and to be wiped off, it's all scammers. Please stay a way and don't deal with this website don't even think about it, you will get burn. They are a professional liars.

垃圾骗子，无法办理签证还扣款70刀！

Scammers. Charged $278 and then starting receiving WhatsApp messages saying I need to pay a further $280 for an express visa. Found the official visa site and my e-visa was processed immediately. Avoid at all costs

They are bloody thieves, applied dubai visa on 18th sep 2021 it’s 8 days now no proper reply only ur visa is with immigration total rubbish and charged more than others.
My cousin apply visa on 23rd and got on 24th from somewhere else and these bloody ppl are still saying we can’t do anything even they told me they will get visa in 24-72 hours and it’s now more than 200 hours.
Don’t trust these ppl apply visa through emirates airlines or proper agents.

I apllied saudi visa with them .guaranteed me they will approved my visa.charge me 3 times more than the fee and after 3 days send email its rejected.

I am writing to complain about the services provided by your company. I am extremely disappointed in the service and my visa was NOT accepted by authorities and i was returned home due to a fault on YOUR part.

I even got an email when the papers were being processed and was asked to pay for an express service although by Saudi rules, it is not necessary but I paid it anyway to not have any delay.

At the time when the visa was dispatched, i contacted the person on whats app and the website chat. I told them BOTH that the visa is incorrect, as i applied for an Umrah visa. However, they gave me a visa that says “tourist”. I informed them that i am only going for umrah. They refused to change it!! Also, they assured me that it won’t be a problem.

I got to the airport and my visa was not accepted. It had to have said Umrah on it, as per Qatar Airways. Now, who will compensate 1- my visa expense 2- my express expense 3- my first class ticket 4- my hotel booking.

The most disrespectful and disappointing part of it all, is when I tried contact the online help. They refused to help me and said the visa is dispatched so they can’t help me?!! Where is the customer service?!!! Why am i paying all this money and wasted time??? For what???

The only thing I can say about this company they are Thieves and layer just like to take your money

they issued the wrong visa, our receipt states "Umrah Visa" but the actual visa shows e-tourism, we called on whatsapp before the travel and whomever is answering on the whatsapp said that the visas are valid, we traveled from USA to Jeddah through Doha, and they wouldn't even allow us to board the plane, we lost $4000 tickets. This company is a hoax, they take people's money and dont give them the requested visa, you will get someone trying to convince you to pay more money for expediting, and the visa comes within hours anyway!!!! they are theives

They sold me an overpriced tourist visa for Saudi and assured me that it could be used. They are visa experts and know that you can not enter Saudi on a tourist visa and not in the near future. They should not sell them. Most companies say they cant provide this service now and that is correct
No one can enter on a tourist visa now

Avoid the company at all costs, they knew tourism visas are banned as they have been informed and still sent me a tourism viisa. you will pay for umrah and not be allowed on the flight. emirates not allowing umrah opr tourist visas and saudi allowing umrah visas due to covid

The Saudi airline staff were shocked that this company then charged 360 dollars for next day delivery when they website they used to get the incorrect visa and disguise it as the one I needed was actually even cheaper to do a whole super rush service They charged me in total 554 dollars for an Umrah visa, claimed it was granted and then went onto a website and bought a tourist one for 354 dollars less and sent it to me claiming I could use it when they knew it can’t be as they get notified Saudi airlines said they knew what they were doing they can’t believe they even charged me this amount Was unable to use this visa at all as it’s banned Again see the message bellow So I went to a visa specialist online and click the button for an Umrah visa they confirmed by email that my Umrah visa was successful however the visa that actually arrived was a tourist visa I emailed them to explain they had made a mistake but they confirmed that I was able to travel. Due to covid 19 they are suspending all tourist visas again I tried to explain this to them and that’s why I wanted an Umrah visa. They said again it can be used so I bought a flight on there say so and was refused entry to board the plane as they had sold me a tourist visa, instead of the actual Umrah visa which I reiquested but also confirmed in there email that my Umrah visa was granted and Infact sent me a tourist one which ruined my whirl trip and I had to leave dubai and go back to london because of this company. I lost the flight money too and had to pay for another flight and couldn’t pray for the family I lost . I tried to speak to them several times but all they say is email head office and head offices says you can fly when you actually can’t when you get to the airport I fee they are cheating many people like this and should be stopped I want a full refund as I was unable to use this visa at all And am sitting in the airport in dubai and was unable to pray for my family

thi i totally incorrect, i asked for the umrah visa i paid for express service, you have responded in the purchase email saying it an umrah visa for 1 single entry however the saudi airlines at the airport including my self have seen that all you did was go the the e visa website and purchase the tourism visa. this visa is now banned due to covid. when i received this visa i continuously complained that this was the incorrect visa, and your senior team kept saying this is the correct visa. the tourism visa can be used for umrah when covid was not around. now due to covind the visa was banned. i told your staff i wanted a n umrah visa and thats what i paid for includig this express service which again you cheated me. all visa specialist know that the saudi government is not allowing entry with a tourism visa. you insist its fine however when i got the airport it was clear that you have given me the worn gvis and i was not allowed on the flight loosing a further 400 pounds on flight, you know this visa is banned and your still selling it to customers even claiming you do 200 of these. the airline is investigating what you have done and even the saudi staff said all visa specialists know this and they were very shocked that you sold me an express umrah visa for 138 pounds plus 360 dollars and then sent me a tourism one which is available on evisa super rush for 212 dollars . you should be ashamed of what you did in the name of someone praying to allah
