Certification Expired
I confirmed with the sales associate that the gauge would have a current certification. The certification that was included was over a year old when the gauge arrived. When I called support, I had to fill out and include multiple forms to send back the gauge that wasn't certified correctly the first time. I needed the gauge right away and now still do not have it to use on our projects.

This is certainly not our standard practice and we sincerely apologize for this oversight and any inconvenience. These units are reviewed by our application engineers to ensure the proper documentation is included and up to date before they are passed on to our shipping department. There was a mix-up when we ordered a…
There was a mix-up when we ordered a certain type & model of water meter, & the wrong one was sent. Then when we attempted to remedy the situation, we experienced many complications, much confusion, & much dissatisfaction. At one point Instrumart personnel, even attempted to deny we had purchased the meter from them, we had to prove otherwise
