Beware of misleading promises and a toxic culture. They sell you on high monthly commissions, but the reality is barely a couple hundred bucks in bonuses gated by strict persistence rules and unattainable metrics. The work culture is rigid, micromanaged and almost cult-like. The methods they use are mandatory. I have worked selling life insurance for 6 years and I was a top agent. You will not prosper at Insurance Supermarket. They constantly threaten to fire people and they do. I opted to leave the company and almost all of my onboarding team did the same. Out of 18 in my cohort there are maybe 3 people left in a month and a half. Hope this helps.
