I was very disappointed in this insurance company. I spent ages inputting our information to obtain a quote. The system froze on several occasions. I persevered only to be met with a page asking me to ring. I got through to obviously a call centre outside of the UK, the line was really bad. The line kept breaking up. I was then told that the insurance had been refused which is opposite to their marketing strategy. So hence my one star rating for a very frustrating episode!

I found it hard to hear what the person was saying & the time it took was overwhelming. The first call took 1 hour & then had to be referred to to the medical team which took another hour.......very off putting.

Wanting to go on holiday after cancer treatment is normal and beneficial but I was refused cover by so many companies until I was advised to go to insure with. So understanding and supportive. Good rates too thank you

Easy to set up, covers all I need.

It was easy to do. Fortunately didn't need to use it, but knew it was there if I did.

When my husband was diagnosed with treatable prostate cancer our usual travel insurance company would not touch us and after several phone calls round others, insurance with did not hesitate and we have been with them 3 years. Marvellous service and easy to manage policy. Value for money. Highly recommend.

I was able to obtain annual insurance rather than having to arrange per trip. Not only was the cover at a good level, but it was reasonably priced and much more convenient.

We have paid £1700 to this company for an annual cruise policy. I have had a recurrence of the Laryngeal cancer (which was totally and honestly declared) and needed to have a total laryngectomy 22 days ago. We obvs had to cancel our cruise. #fionamacrae, your company has been less than helpful, even though we were assured by yourself adverts! We seem to be being ghosted! This is beyond stressful on top of everything else!

I have been using insurance with when going on holiday for several years since my cancer diagnosis and have always found them to be helpful and easy to deal with … until now
I arranged cover for our family holiday this year with no difficulties, gave all details of my cancer and was quoted a reasonable cost which I paid .
Having recently retired we decided to visit friends in Paris later this year for a few days . I called to see if we could convert our insurance from single trip to annual policy . I was told no . I than asked for a separate single trip policy to cover 3 nights in Paris ,however I was told I couldn’t get insurance for that trip or any other trips in future from this company .i am flabbergasted ,the irony is that I am as well as I have ever been given my cancer diagnosis and if anything this have improved from earlier this year when we took out insurance for family holiday in Europe .
I font understand . I have been told the insurance taken out for our family holiday will be honoured but I won’t be eligible for insurance either them going forward !! I am at a loss to understand why and until today have always found them helpful . I am upset by the decision , just thought I should share in case anyone else in same position

It was an easy walk through the forms for travel insurance

The form was very easy to complete - I was nervous because I thought the questions about my cancer would be complicated but they weren't. I was also very happy that I didn't have to speak to anyone, it was all done online. The website was very professional and the quote was cheaper than all the other "specialist health condition" companies I contacted.

Easy to apply ,and an excellent price for travel insurance to cover my existing medical conditions, for my trip to Skiathos.

Tried to get an on line quote but this has proved to be impossible and the chatbot didn’t respond to my request to help . Whilst they request a lot of information before doing a quote the system doesn’t seem to be able to cope with anything which doesn’t fit their form. Waste of time !
