I was so pleased to discover this company. Fiona took a personal interest in my health issues and with her flexible approach was able to offer me travel insurance denied by other companies who had a more "tick box approach" resulting in "computer says NO". This enabled me to travel abroad to visit family. I have just returned from a wonderful trip visiting our son and his family in Belize.

Insurance With ask so many more questions than other companies giving them a better understanding of an individuals medical history and, as a result, offering a much cheaper quote than other insurance companies.
I completed my quote online and after reading through my paperwork after purchasing I had a few questions to ask and the lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and managed to bring my premium down even further.

I took out a lastminute policy on a Friday evening. I checked everything before buying and I had submitted everything for my health screening correctly. I paid. Then had confirmation email through which showed that they wouldn’t cover me for conditions. As I hadn’t travelled I tried to cancel this under the 14 day cooling off period. Live chat was closed, despite the website keep advising me to use it. It kept saying to login but nothing I could do would enable me to login in. I consistently kept getting error messages. I couldn’t reset as the emails wouldn’t come through! I have screenshots of fhese failures as they were very odd. Then I travelled over the bank holiday so now I’ve left (and come back) it’s now too late to cancel so I’ve just waisted money (I had to go elsewhere!) Really not happy at all.
