Appalling service!
Appalling! Just because I didn't renew my policy they have bombarded me with emails (despite unsubscribing from their 'service') and ringing me and leaving automated messages! Despite writing to them on several occasions asking them to stop contacting me, they seem unable to respond to my communications and are unwilling to take 'no' for an answer! They even had the gall to ask for a review rather than address my complaint. The email request read, "We'd love to hear how we did on your recent request 'Stop calling me'." - it beggars belief!

No Reward for Loyalty…
I was in contact with Insure for Music about my renewal. They offered me a decent "Final Offer" discount which I was about to go for. Lo and behold I get a generic email offering me and others a much bigger discount which I accepted
So I wasn't impressed with the person who I spoke to
I have been with them for a number of years and no rewards for loyalty

To clarify, like many companies, we offer an introductory discount for new customers, which you likely benefited from when you first joined us. However, this discount is only available for the first year, and once your policy renews, it will revert to the standard pricing.
If customers are not happy with the renewal price, we can certainly look into any discounts that may be available when they get in touch. This is why we offerd you the maximum discount we could on your renewal.
