Thankfully haven't had to use it! But it does make me feel safe to have business insurance. I liked how easy it was to set up and how I could add things to my insurance to protect like my tools and even internet! I use online booking. So having insurance to cover if something happens with my clients information, is super important!

On the website of this company there is a claim that they have a 4.9 google business rating, and yet when you look it up they do not have a google profile set up for the business at all, for the underwriter or for the DBA. I called asking for any 3rd party location to check reviews and they sent me to a Facebook page that reviewed a consulting service. I looked at their MANY reviews and videos on their website where they also reference the ability to leave a review on Trustpilot (finally a 3rd party). This company was claimed by the representative to be in business for over 20 years and yet here in trust pilot there are only a handful of reviews provided over the last 30 days. This alone indicates they possibly start a new, often, so they can delete old negative reviews and insert positive ones. Overall, there is no 3rd party source verifying any of the reviews they personally post on their website.

I was really hoping to go with this company for insurance of my business, but can not verify they are legit in any way. Not even the company representative on the phone was able to help me do this. I would be curious to check back on this review in a few months to see if it is still here.

Update: on the BBB website, their only review is negative, a 1 star review. They are "Veracity Insurance solutions", on that site, there is no profile for Beauty and Bodywork Insurance. So I don't see how that is an A+ rating, as they are advertising along with the claim of 4.9 stars on Google.
Reviews provided by the company themselves on their website we can not assure are authentic, or not paid. The reason we have 3rd party review sites is so it can be better assured they were not created by the company themselves.

In short, there is no posative 3rd party information out there about this insurance provider, except the claims on their own site. However, there is negative information.

All I hope to achieve with this post is an increase in integrity. Don't make false claims on your website to pull in sales. Operate in integrity. Remove false claims. If your google account was removed, there could be good cause for this.
