Intch 

As an AI platform, Intch is appalling.

Here's why...

As someone looking for some freelance work (and with 30 years of business experience around the world) 19 out of 20 things that it shows me have absolutely nothing to do with (a) my areas of expertise of (b) my sectors of expertise.

It seems to think that my specialism is HR even though I have never been involved in HR nor mentioned it anywhere in the information I have shared with Intch.

On top of that, it is an almost entirely US-centric business. It also seems to think that I live in the USA. It offers me roles in Omaha and Texas, for example.

And I don't live in the USA.

And these are not remote roles that one could do from overseas.

And I have specifically stated that I don't want jobs from the USA.

But still they offer them.

Lots of HR jobs needing me to be in situ in the USA.

"Here, we've identified these jobs in HR in the USA that would be really good for you - even though you've repreatedly told us that you're in the UK and have no HR expertise".

On top of that, the AI agent's "creating writing" is appalling.

It churns out paragraph-after-paragraph of consultancy speak and has mastered the skill of writing absolutely nothing about people and businesses using as many business words as possible.

It does sound VERY US American. I have to assume that the people promoting Intch as a global business are either very young entrepreneurs who really have no idea how international businesses operate and who seem to think "consultancy guff" is the sure way to convince people that they are serious.

Sadly not.

And one last thing.

You can see that the people or companies that have posted on Intch have put zero effort into defining what it is they are looking for. They must realise that this is a platform that has yet to prove itself.

Apart from the big businesses pages that are overloaded with consultancy speak (see above) because the person writing the post cannot be bothered to edit the company-spiel or because Intch's AI utterly bastardises it, the remaining pages are filled out with absolutely no information at all.

Content like, "We are a business that is really about people. And we are changing the way the world works. Apply for the role!"

What role? You haven't said anything about it. And if you're a new entrepreneur, please believe me when I tell you no one is going to steal your "groundbreaking" new AI business idea.

All-in-all, a really, really disappointing business that is charging for its services. Barely even a MVP and still wanting people to pay.

In my mind, a rushed and greedy failure of commercialism

I expected to discover respectable freelance employment when I signed up, but I was let down. The majority of what I saw didn't seem pertinent or helpful, and using the platform correctly was challenging. Additionally, it was difficult to set up the membership and canceling seemed more difficult than it should have. All in all, it felt like a waste of time and fell short of my expectations.

They continue to charge me even after cancelling. Useless app. Unhelpful customer service. Stay away.

Refund refused despite no clear warning that I was waiving my 14-day rights feels misleading and unfair.

Customer support just repeats terms with no real proof or help.

Be very careful before paying — not a transparent experience.

They did NOTHING that was of any use. I keep telling them to cancel, but they keep pulling money out of my card.

I was charged for another year. I didn’t get a notification beforehand and was told that I could not have a refund because I didn’t tell them in advance. I said I didn’t know it was going to renew so I couldn’t cancel in advance. They didn’t care and kept my money. Not cool.

I signed up but the following day had a medical emrgency. I asked them if I could pause my subscription. They just cancelled my subscription insted. A small amount but still a wasted $$.

It’s a scam! Do not sign up. I paid for the app only to realize it wasn’t even available on Apple devices. Requested for a refund but the customer support service person isn’t helpful at all.

Would give negative star rating if I could. Overpriced and overhyped. No real value to the service.
I received no notification prior to being charged for another year subscription when I had indicated not to auto-renew.
When I reached out to Intch they were not helpful and kept the money they charged me.

Charged $39.99 with no cancellation option anywhere on the website or app. The only way to cancel is to email them — which is a deliberate dark pattern and a violation of California's Automatic Renewal Law, which requires cancellation to be as easy as sign-up.

I emailed support@intch on April 23, 2026 (ticket #180965). They auto-cancelled the subscription but have not issued a refund. I've since followed up in writing citing the CA ARL and requesting a full refund within 3 business days, or I will dispute the charge with my bank and file complaints with the FTC and California Attorney General.

The platform itself provides no real value — job listings are vague, networking is superficial, and none of the promised opportunities materialized. The Trustpilot page itself shows Intch has been flagged for fake reviews, which tells you everything.

Do not sign up. If you've already been charged, email support@intch immediately, then file a chargeback with your bank. Do not wait for them to respond.

So unsurprisingly. As many other reviews pointed this out. They will charge you a hefty £40 monthly without notifying you at any point, I do not have a single email from them.
I got notified from my bank and immediately tried to cancel (a subscription I do not remember accepting) all to my surprise there isn’t a SINGLE OPTION TO CANCEL on the website directly, zero information whatsoever, I had to google to see if others had come across this only to find the response through google not even their site. And it stated that you have to contact them directly for the cancellation to be “accepted”. I did so immediately and till now they refuse to refund what was wrongfully taken. Claiming I should have contacted them 24hours prior??? How would I have done so without a single notification from them about any charges upcoming or previously made? Absolute morons , scammers and useless site. I do not need to add that not a single job was provided through this fake sub. Do not engage and save your money. They are thieves. Is advised layers to look into these claims are I now realise several have had the same issue are I owed money

Scam / leider irreführende Werbung und Versprechen.

Man durchläuft zunächst einen umfangreichen Fragenkatalog um am Ende zu erfahren, dass man ein kostenpflichtiges Abo abschließen muss.

In response to my previous review and Intch’s response: (because they didn’t like some words I used previously) I did in fact contact customer support who were as useless as your platform. I’m guessing, given my account was deactivated without notice or reason, refused to reactivate account suggesting I use a different email. Why? I already submitted an email. Why do you need another email? What are you doing with the “deactivated emails”? Oh, then there’s the 77% 1 star reviews. Pretty sure I dodged a huge bullet and would encourage other’s to read through the one star reviews before making a decision.

Can’t get a refund. The service itself was useless.

I signed up for a subscription and never received an activation code. I've emailed several times without a response to canceling and receiving a refund.

The most useless platform ever. They just suddenly deducted $40 from my card from no where. They are a very sneaky "service", what I was charged in the beginning and what I was charged after the 30 days was very different. I never agreed to a premium package but that's what I was charged. They do not refund you but just offer you a discount or free month, for an absolutely useless platform. They over promise just to get your money. An absolute scam.

Edit: I DID email their support before posting this, they did not help and say that I should've canceled before, even that didn't subscribe for anything.

They charged me on the card $40 subscription that I never agreed to and when I asked they told me that you should've canceled before, they didn't send anything before that tells me they're charging for anything. I didn't even put the card on there website and I'm still checking with the bank how that happened.

I have been trying to contact them to cancel a 30€/week subscription for over a month and I’m not getting any replies. It’s a scam— they are preying on vulnerable people looking for work. Don’t fall for it.

Scam. Doesn’t work in iPhones in Australia. Waste of money. I emailed and indicated that it didn’t work and they won’t give a refund.
