My rep was really good and walked me thru a process that is similar to getting a cavity fixed. The whole process of purchasing electric is somewhat cryptic if you are not a regular buyer. However I made it through and can now move on to real work.

I appreciate Ann and all of her information. She is very information and communicates well. I had a lot of questions and she was patient and responded accordingly. I of course did not like that my upcoming renewal was now void due to a market/vendor going under but that is not Integrity's fault. It does cause financial hiccups as the new price will be higher than originally planned. Would love to see if there is a way to avoid this in the future
