My travel agent was Yalonda Smith and when I say she planned the perfect trip... photos don't lie. Not only were the events everything they advertised but the locations of each stay were perfectly centralized to accommodate for nearby food and entertainment in between major events. And easy access to local travel accommodations such as city bus or local trains.

My experience with InteleTravel has been incredibly positive. It has opened up a whole new world of opportunities within the travel industry and given me the chance to turn my passion for travel into a business of my own.

I love having access to a wide range of travel suppliers, ongoing training and support, and the flexibility to build something around my own lifestyle. The community is so supportive, and there is always something new to learn as you grow.

What I appreciate most is the opportunity to develop new skills, build relationships and create something with long-term potential, all while being part of an industry I genuinely love.

If you have a passion for travel and an entrepreneurial mindset, InteleTravel is definitely worth exploring!

Ignore the 5 star reviews, like most say, they're from 'recruiters ' and likely not on the travel side. I mean, don't you think it's strange that it's 5 stars or 1 on an even level ?! After doing much research myself and having embroiled myself in it as a new agent, I quickly escaped. This is nothing more than a cleverly hidden pyramid scheme. It's actually disgusting, they operate as a travel agency on the front but they make most of their profits from recruiting the likes of me paying into the platform. If like me, you're switched on enough to see that the holidays deals are nowhere to be found. I questioned it and was sent down a rabbit hole to acquire them, and they still don't exist.
My mentor was that keen too get me started up, even when my mum was ill. Money money money. Avoid like the plague!! Scum of the earth

I have been working for Inteletravel for a few months now and I have had nothing but, a positive experience. The opportunity is superb and so easy to get started. The training and support for agents is exceptional. It is an excellent way to provide additional income for my family and I can fit it around my day to day life. In a nutshell Inteletravel is fabulous.

I've been with InteleTravel for over two years and genuinely love it. During that time, I've booked hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of travel for clients.

The support has been incredible. There are regular team meetings, local meetups, coffee mornings, events, social activities, webinars and a huge range of training resources available whenever you need them.

I couldn't imagine travelling any other way now, and I love being able to help others plan and book their trips too.

It's been a fantastic side business alongside my corporate job, giving me flexibility, extra income and the opportunity to work in an industry I'm passionate about.

Highly recommended.

The two business you get when signing up has changed my life in a short amount of time. I've made wonderful friends that feel like family now I learned so much in the travel industry the education and support is great. I loved the flexibility and low overhead I wouldn't change joining this for the world.

Exceptional service, no problems

This agency has changed my families lives in many ways. I cannot believe I ended up in Africa this year! I cannot believe that I, some mama from seattle made my own money and bought my whole family a vacation trip every single year!

Proceed with extreme caution. An "independent" agent working under InteleTravel misappropriated over $40,000 in customer funds meant for travel bookings, and corporate’s response has been completely dishonest.
​InteleTravel management claimed to us that the agent was instructed to reimburse us directly. However, they accidentally forwarded internal email correspondence revealing the truth: corporate had actually placed the agent on an internal payment plan instead. They are actively shielding the agent while leaving victims in the dark.
​The lack of accountability, deceptive communication, and refusal to protect clients when thousands of dollars vanish is appalling. Do not trust this host agency or its representatives with your money.

Some of these negative reviews are ridiculous
Intele travel is a business and they advertise fees up front. They are not an entity just set up to give you cheap holidays or free cash, you have to use it properly and work hard to get bookings. (And also get cheap travel in the process). It is a travel agent business and if you're only using it for personal holidays it may well not be worth it. They always pay commission. Some suppliers are quicker than others typically 30_60 days after travel. If you are in a flow with many bookings then it won't matter. Sometimes you go a few weeks with nothing then loads come in at once. Well worthwhile if you use it a a travel business which is what it is!!

I will never use this company whilst you continue your association with Keira Sofronioe. She is a complete liar which means I can no longer trust this company until she is removed.

I joined Inteletravel 3 years ago as I wanted to supplement my income from teaching and be able to remain on a part time basis at my school. It has honestly been the best decision I could have made! Since I joined, Inteletravel’s training, support and variety of suppliers has gone from strength to strength. They have listened to feedback & invested in our booking platform to make it more automated and more user friendly allowing me to work more efficiently. They provide an effective support network & my commission has been paid consistently. What I particularly like is that the harder I work, the more I am rewarded as they reduce their commission split. I also love that I am also earning Intele points as I book that I can redeem in their online shop. This has come in very handy at Christmas time!

I am so angry and shocked that inteletravel have been and the customer service they take your money and don't care about you. You follow everything they ask you to follow and they accuse you of creating things that you never created and also the customer service is utter shocking this company feels and seems like a scam they watch you fail. Don't waste your money with this company a total scam. Booking process is hard work staff are rude in inteletravel. Best to go your own way and set up on your own without inteletravel.

I think Inteletravel is good for people who would love a way to work in the travel industry that doesn't break the bank to get started. The sign up fee and monthly costs are reasonable.

They are partnered with over 100 companies which is great and it does give agents a good chance of being able to compete with other travel agencies. However, often the prices are higher than what consumers can find online.

After being with the company for a year I've also discovered some hidden fees that reduce what I receive for my commission for making bookings. I was expecting 70% of the commission (the other 30% going to Inteletravel for being the host agency, covering admin and everything else), but it actually averages out at more like 60% or less. They are also incredibly slow at paying out commissions and when you withdraw them from the Hyperwallet, there are various fees and charges that reduce the amount further.

With regards to the PlanNet side of the business, the community is wonderful in the team that I was in. There was lots of support and training which was great, however, that training and support can't find you team members and it can't retain team members. Lots of the team experience that people leave faster than they can build their team.

So many reviews on here are either 5 star and are people in the business who have probably been told to put a good review up (I recognise lots of the names for these 5 star reviews!) and 1 star reviews from people who have come away feeling a bit battered and bruised from their time with Inteletravel, most likely through not earning very much or struggling to recruit with PlanNet. I wanted to give a fair and balanced review of my experience - the good and the bad – so I hope this review is helpful to others.

Inteletravel 'hun bots' always say people fail due to not joining the right team!!! How are new recruits supposed to choose the right team when it is just some person they hardly know or haven't spoken to for years who has groomed them with predatory, fake chats??
Due to the fact no Inteletravel agents have any formal training in business or travel, this is inevitable they will fail to make any money. Once you have been recruited then you ARE on your own and left to figure things out for yourself. I imagine some teams receive more support than others (whatever that means) purely due to the fact you are an investment and paying your upline, so they dont want you dropping out.

They also 'victim blame' people for leaving due to not working hard enough which is hard to believe as they have been working for free and paying their upline each month for no help or support. Their idea of support is a 6am zoom call on how to recruit new people into the business, in order to make money from them - as this is what happened to them so they are just repeating the cycle and recruiting people for Inteletravel/Plannet marketing.

Worst experience I've ever had. Booked a trip to Bali with one of their representatives, unfortunately due to the war in the middle East, the trip was cancelled. You would think getting a refund would be straightforward, NO!!! They keep coming up with every excuse in the book to delay the refund. Trip was cancelled beginning of June, this is end July and still no refund. Surely it's not that difficult to claim the money back from the airline and hotel, at worst their insurance. But 9 weeks post trip cancellation and till date, no refund. NEVER EVER book anything with this company or their representatives!!

Do NOT under any circumstances register with this company. All the negative reviews on here are more than accurate, I registered with them to book my own work travel and frequent family holidays for discounts, not for an extra income. But it’s a shambles. Customer/agent support is appalling. Travel EVERY TIME was more expensive than literally anywhere else. Also if you want to earn money in MLM this company isn’t it. Their profits are huge because of subscriptions, not solely travel booking. This is the equivalent of when corporate tell you “we’re a family not just a company” which is the biggest lie ever told in corporate history….family takes advantage of family by pushing on ‘loyalty’. Same here. This company really prays on women who are longing to belong to something. You can see it with everyone you talk to. It’s HIGH effort, tiny gain. And I mean really tiny. This company is nothing more than a network of skilled sales women - who ironically don’t actually sell the holidays, they sell the subscriptions to mlm service 😂. If you really get under the skin of it, all of the uplines as far as they eye can see, don’t book travel, they book desperate people on to the subscription service. The turnover of agents is also hugo. When you add all of this up it makes zero sense.

Couple all this with the fact that travel agencies are dying a death…there’s a reason for that! AND agents are pushed to leave reviews on here….so you can take all of the positives with an inch of salt.

If you happen to get pushed onto a call with these people who claim to be making a fortune in this industry…have a look at the room they’re in, the furniture, the clothes they’re wearing….its very bog standard….if they were really doing so so well, their personal circumstance would be miles better than it is - think about that!

DON’T drink the poison!

I have been an InteleTravel Travel Agent for the past three years. I recently discovered my commission for a group booking made in April of this year was reportedly paid to another agent instead of me. I do not understand how this could have happened, and I have been requesting a full explanation of how my commission was assigned to someone else.

To make matters worse, I have opened two support tickets regarding this issue, and both were closed without any resolution or giving me an opportunity to respond. This has been extremely frustrating and has left me without answers.

Please do not register with this company or book anything through them. There prices are more expensive than if you were to book yourself. All they are interested in is upselling and selling and getting to recruit people into the business. (They seem to also target young vulnerable ppl who are struggling with hard times under false pretences that you can make yourself thousands in weeks) please stay away and ignore any invites you receive. Unfortunately I have lost over £1500 trying to make (my own travel business work) luckily I was not in position where it mattered. I am heartbroken for the numerous vulnerable people they have signed up. I hope this helps anyone thinking of joining. This company really should not be operating!
