Good communication and generally very…

Good communication and generally very prompt next day delivery although once let down by carrier over their Bank Holiday delay. (About 5 orders)
Immediately apologised and got onto chase carrier who responded and the Intelligent Membrane staff were helpful and kept me informed.

Let down by their delivery firm

They continue to use a courier firm who allow individual drivers to not deliver if it seems out of their route.
Then put up a fictitious address issue!

The other drivers know who they are but when you need a product you can't be subject to the whims of delivery drivers. Who don't deliver (by choice) or dump the parcel in a different village drop off point rather than the one in the same locale as the delivery address.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about your delivery experience. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you’re relying on materials arriving on time.

Due to the nature of our products (liquid coatings and paints), we work with specialist couriers like UPS who are able to transport these materials.

That said, the service you’ve described is not what we expect, and we have raised this as a formal complaint with UPS so it can be investigated properly.

We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us hold our delivery partners accountable and improve the overall experience for our customers.

The Poseidon product was quick and easy to apply.

Super products and a super team

Super products and a super team.

I have used intelligent membranes on my current self build. Passiv Purple Internal, Passiv Purple External, Waterproof Blue liquid doc, GOAT liquid grommets and even painted my timber clad with Passiv Purple External in black. Also used there tape to seal around the windows and boy oh boy that stuff's sticky. Highly recommend these guys products

Never come unstuck yet with this company unlike the vcl sheets and butyl tapes that I'm replacing with passive purple...

Helpful and responsive

From the initial contact, where I was looking for some guidance as to how best to tackle my task, through to supporting me with the purchase, they were responsive and helpful. Delivery was really quick too.

Perfect product self building in Hebridean weather

I’m self building on the Isle of Lewis. Our PU Sips walls and cellulose filled jji roof is being coated in passive purple external and internal. I’m doing most of the construction myself so a liquid membrane is a lot easier when working on my own. No long rolls of flapping membranes, all the screws are coated and no air gaps behind the fabrics for moisture and sea air to do damage. Really pleased with the performance of the product. It just shrugs off the rain and I’m not worried about damage to our osb. The internal vapour barrier is on before the roof; keeping all of our walls protected from the rain.
Great company to deal with. The founder, Adam, is responsive and very knowledgeable about passive house construction. As you can tell, very happy with the passive purple.

Amazing product

Amazing product, applied to floor instead of impermeable membrane as floor just too inconsistent, clearly a good replacement, sets as a sheet, sticks
