This has to be the worst mortage company ever. If I could give them a -5, I would. They are full of promises, but could not deliver on any of them. I was just days away from closing with Rocket Mortage, but ICG came in with all of these assurances on lower rates, longer terms, etc. I started the process back in November 2020 and here we are today (May 2021) and I still have not closed. I have been through a half dozen processors and waiting for months on an appraisal that was not even needed on day one. Do not use this company! They or just pathetic or a scam.

Kristen was such a HUGE help connecting me to Doug who then made the loan process such an easy experience! Soooo excited about my new house! THANK YOU KRISTEN AND DOUG!

Our experience was very professional and easiest refinance process we have been through we would recommend using this service again Chris Gore and his team were excellent

We are very pleased with how Chris Gore has handled our entire refinance process. He has been very polite, very professional and has stayed in constant contact with us throughout everything. We never once felt rushed or neglected. He made sure we understand everything and always called on a regular basis and kept us up to date on what was happening.

I left one elsewhere a month ago after 2 months of horrendous service by a rep who kept asking for the same things, then promised he had it all, then asked for something else, and then something else. I am
a high net worth individual, have been in my house 21 years, it is a ton of equity, I have never missed a payment in 33 years, and have excellent credit and have never had a problem refinancing.

Then the agent quit and never returned emails or calls.

After that review I was contacted by Erik S. at ICG who promised me it was a fluke, a bad agent, etc. and he would take care of it, etc.

Then a new person started making demands that made no sense. I got a request for a P&L for an S corporation I own, even though I am NOT an employee. Our CPA went apoplectic. Never--not once--have I needed a P&L.

Then Erik S promised he would look into it (never heard back) then I emailed him and he promised he would get right back. He didn't. Then he promised pinky swear!) he would call any time yesterday I wanted. I told him any time late morning works. He never called.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

The refinance process with ICG was very professional and timely. All questions and concerns were addressed timely and detailed. It was clear to see the team supporting my refinance process was very knowledgeable about related to the process. The team included Mr. Andres Banuelos and Mr. Chris Gore. Because of their support, I would recommend ICG to anyone looking to refinance

Chis Gore has been very good to work with on our refi. He has been clear in setting expectations and he has been very responsive with updates and information.

I am certain that he and the company hold nothing but the best interest for their customers. At no point of this process have I felt that my questions have not been answered and that my requests have not been met. I am excited to embark in this journey with Chris and the ICG team as their service has been remarkable.

Luke Hetrick was great! He definitely went above and beyond for me. He made sure to keep me up to date with any new information he had, regardless of the time difference he would answer my phone calls to answer any questions that I had, he made the whole process easy. Definitely one of the good guys who won’t screw you over and will make sure to look out for your best interest. Thanks Luke!

First time homebuyer, I have the pleasure to work directly with a bank Manager, Andrew Dunn, my case wasn’t a typical application, he when out of his way to make sure we were approved, answer all my questions and being available sometimes even after office hours.
Big banks were not helpful, but ICG and him made it possible. Family and I, are very thankful for that, I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a Morgage, plus he got me a Great rate, unfortunately can’t give him more then 5 stars, thanks again Andrew

My experience with ICG was extremely positive but the patience and expertise of Luke Hetrick is the reason I refinanced with ICG. If I ever need to go through the process again, ICG (Luke) will be my first call.
