Reliable excellent quality and service

Organizing a gift for my sister in Norfolk from across the world in Sydney was just so easy. Delivered on time, and she loved it!

The parcel was booked for a Friday delivery for the recipients 70th birthday on the Saturday. It didn't arrive until the following Monday. I booked this a week in advance so there should be no reason for this.
Edit: I've added another star and wanted to add that interHAMPER called to apologise following this review. I would say however that there is no point giving people the option of a delivery date if you then use a postage service that doesn't respect that date. I will more than likely use the service again despite this as both times I've used this company I've been happy with the product.

The gift was great and exactly what I ordered but delivery was confusing. The website made it seem it was Sat but it was actually Monday.

I have no hesitation giving Interhamper a 5 star rating. When I placed my order I put the wrong date. When contacted Interhamper arranged an imediate delivery without any fuss, and when I then had to change the delivery location they also did this without compaint. So the mistakes were always mine and they fixed everything for me. In addition to all the above my son told me the quality of the port was exceptional so the gift was perfect.

The Hamper was delivered in the date specified. My relatives loved their 50th Anniversary Hamper which made me happy 😊

Perfect gift

Overall, lovely hamper as a great gift! However, only mishap was with the delivery person who got lost and was difficult to instruct where to go over the phone. Otherwise delivered as expected within the right time.
