This awful company took a month over the promised shipping date to provide my package tracking information and had to be disputed by Paypal to even do that. Would never recommend anyone purchase through this company.

Scam! Scam! Scam! They never would email or respond to me when I wrote where is my order after 3 weeks meaning they scammed me took my money and left. Ripoff place. Stay away!!!

Good price although takes a while to get the contact lenses
Shipping takes a while (about 3-4 weeks), but it's very cheap (cheaper than any US site) and I got good quality contacts. They have a wide range of contact lenses available.
EDIT: they are correct that shipping takes a week or two — I meant the total time to get the contacts including manufacturing takes 3-4 weeks

I never received my contacts it's going on 3 months now. I send emails inquiring about order and I'm told different things each time. I even asked about getting my order back and they never respond with a answer. I ordered my contacts months before my wedding and here it is 2 weeks before my big day and no contacts. Highly disappointed and I do not recommend this company.They will rip you off

I felt it was important to share my experience with Interlenses after receiving such great service. Normally, I don’t take the time to write reviews, but this occasion called for it. My name is Kevin, and I recently placed an order for a box of contact lenses. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my delivery due to USPS. When I reached out to Interlenses for assistance, they responded promptly. The customer service was outstanding; Sonia, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and addressed my concerns without delay. I truly appreciate the exceptional service she provided. I’m giving this company a solid 5-star rating for how they managed my situation, even though it wasn’t their fault. From now on, Interlenses will be my go to for contact lenses. A big shoutout to Sonia and the entire team for their excellent support!

Ordered..I'm in the US, still waiting...emailed 10 times NO RESPOBSE
Emailed them 10 times, the contacts were on backorder and they were waiting for them to be delivered So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They finally were sent out, I'm in the USA. I've emailed them 10 times for tracking number TEN TIMES, thru their website and email...I have yet to hear anything from them. I did get ONE probably automated s.Il saying they were sent out... BUT there's no tracking number on it they're in a different country how do I know when it's coming?? Am I waiting a week or a month?! I might as well just go to the eye doctor and pay the $250 and get my eyes checked again to get a new script. It's like the Portuguese Willy Wonka Factory over there with Oompa Loompas running this place!

Payed for contacts I never received
Ordered from Interlenses 3 times, twice without issue. The third time I did not receive my contacts. USPS tracking said the package was delivered, which is all Interlenses state they are responsible for. It is possible the package was delivered to the wrong address, which would not be Interlenses error, but the bottom line is I paid for an item I did not receive. They would neither refund or send a replacement. Even though their pricing is favorable, I do not recommend.

I buy from this company regularly and always receive excellent service. Huge variety of brands. Since I’m in the US the currency conversion can be a bit annoying however the prices are still pretty good. Highly recommended!

Absolute no brainer to order contacts through InterLenses. Product came earlier than expected and exactly as described. Purchase process was informative and easy to navigate. Best part - it was about half the cost of getting lenses in the US. Thank you InterLenses!

Do NOT order from Interlenses
Do NOT order from this company. I ordered lenses months ago and didn't receive them. When I contacted Interlens, they said that my lenses were shipped to the country of Georgia, and not the state of Georgia in the USA. The person who replied to my inquiry was very rude, and tried to blame me for their error. It took 4 months to receive my order. Very poor customer service and I will not order from them again.
Update: Notice how the company response again tries to blame the customer, instead of their flawed system.

I had been ordering contacts from some of the suppliers in England until they stopped delivering to the US. I read about Interleness and placed a small order as a "test". I received the contacts within about 2 weeks and there were no issues with the lenses or delivery. I will be ordering from them again

I ordered contacts with astigmatism in them, and I could not see out of them. I tried to return them but the post office told me it will cost $16.00 to ship and then $49.00 charge when it gets back there in Portugal. I have been going back and forth with this company because I can’t even see out of them and they claim they can’t refund my money until I send them back to them and they send it out to the mfg.?? I asked for a mfg in the US, they claim they don’t work with none. They will never never never get my business again. Can’t see out of defective contacts!!!

Fast delivery, even abroad. I have been using Interlenses for several years consistently - received good service. The prices are competitive. Delivery to US is usually within 2 weeks, sometimes even faster - depends on the US Customs clearance.

Terrible in Business Transparency
Unfortunately, Interlenses will keep you in the dark with their practices. I ordered my contacts a month ago and the shipping has only been initiated today, with a still unknown date. For context, the website lists shipping time as 10-20 days. It’s been 28 days to date and I still don’t know how much longer it will take. I’m totally out of contact lenses as I budgeted for the listed date. Can’t comment on the quality of the lenses, as I still don’t have them, but if it’s on par with their customer service, I’m very doubtful I’ll be satisfied. The only reason I’m giving two stars is that if the lenses are legit, this might be an option for people that order their contact lenses 2-3 months ahead. All in all, really not worth the effort/stress.
