Friendly and efficient
Staff were very efficient and friendly over the phone. Funds were transferred when they told me it would be and the exchange was good. Furthermore there were no long waits for the call to be answered

Adding a Middle Man/Woman
Adding a Middle Man/Woman
When we need to make a payment to a supplier in a foregin currency we simply login to our banking system and exchange our currency for the rate given. The foregin currecny goes directly into our account and then we send the payment to the supplier.
With Fexco we are adding in a third party that we didn't need previously. With Fexco we buy currency at a certain rate. We then need to pay Fexco who subsqunetly pay the supplier. Although the rate is slightly better than what we can get from a traditional bank the time and additonal steps required isn't really worth it.
