Our recent family train trip through Europe would not have been possible without all the help we received from InterRailingPackages. The Tineri app was invaluable to keep us organized, with all the details of our trip laid out at a quick glance. All the arrangements made by the team were perfect. No issues with train schedules or hotels. I did have a couple issues with train delays and cancellations, and when I called Interrailing, someone always promptly picked up the phone and helped me. Hotel accomodations were typically small, but conveniently located for walking to key attractions.

Great trip with assistance in planning.

Plan to get reservations for ALL rail legs, even if it says "no reservations required. Sit wherever you like". You can sit wherever you like until someone who has a reservation for your seat shows up. We had to move twice over the course of 10 rail legs. (one leg was our fault since we missed our train).
Accommodations were very convenient by walking or local trans. Breakfasts were very nice except at Rezydent Hotel in Krakow. Very basic breakfast buffet. The location of this hotel more than made up for it. Had a problem with our day trip tp Auschwitz. We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at 0900. Found out at 1600 the day before that we needed to walk 15 minutes to a pickup area, and our tour was changed to 1145. This completely changed our evening plans. We were reimbursed for a portion of this tour which made it somewhat more palatable, even though it was 1600 when we were notified as to the change, and the requirement to cancel was 0900.

I wanted to travel for a while and was looking at many different websites who had pretty bad reviews then I stumbled upon this little gem! It was a great decision. They’re very effective with their communication and everyone I spoke to was lovely. I had a great time and they planned all my trains for me in a very convenient way so I had full use of every day. I would definitely go back!

Such a fantastic service provided from start to finish. The whole team are so helpful in helping you decide what route you want to take, advice on what accommodation options to choose and the service the whole way up to your trip. Even while on you’re trip they have suggestions for things to do in each city, help with train times and directions to your accommodation and they are there any time of the day or night if you should need them

My partner and I had never been travelling for an extended period of time before- Interrailing Packages made the whole thing so simple and easy for us every step of the way.
The team are happy to help over the phone or email and respond in extremely good time.
The quotation you are given at the beginning can be explained and broken down to you as well as changed if your plans don't suit a particular route.
We chose the 'Golden Ticket' which took us to 10 cities across 4 weeks.
Interrailing packages set you up with an app specifically for your travel itinerary so that you can see exactly what you are doing on which day, also, very importantly, you can see the accommodation you are going to and how to find it with their step by step instructions.
They provide so much useful, helpful information on the app such as travel tips and things to do in each city and travel guides to help you on your way.
We chose to stay in private hostel rooms and where needed we stayed in hotels as well. All accommodation was way above the standard we were expecting and we were blown away by how clean and tidy everywhere was, even sharing bathrooms was no issue.
We came into a bit of a problem in Ljubljana where we were booked into a capsule hostel and this was something that I personally was terrified of- A simple call to the Interrailing packages team and within 15 mins we had been booked into alternative accommodation and no questions asked!
Our whole trip we felt supported and looked after and we cannot believe the value for money!
It was the best time of our lives and we cannot thank the team enough for their hard work.
Interrailing packages are amazing and I think everyone should know how fantastic they are.

Having all the rail passes,train seat allocations and accommodation organised made it all very easy.
The only small criticism is on some days travelling by train, the small amount of time between transfers of trains was very stressful ( in some cases 6 minutes to get off a train, get to the next platform and board another train)
On one of the days the train arrived late and of course we missed our next train.

Our holiday was great. We travelled to Amsterdam via St Pancras and then on to Cologne, Freiburg, Montpellier, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Tomar and Porto.

Amsterdam is a vibrant place and the Dutch people are so pleasant to speak to. The accommodation was great for the two nights and the trams in the area were so easy to use.

Cologne is full of great architecture and we probably didn’t have enough time to take in the sights. I’d fully recommend the ‘hop on, hop off’ bus. It’s an easy way to get around the whole city in a short time.

Freiburg is quite small in comparison and the cathedral is in the centre of town and surrounded by quaint chocolate box houses and hotels. I’d recommend going on a Saturday as the market runs and it’s an opportunity to purchase local crafts.

The train connections could be improved as we felt that we needed more time to find the next train. One obvious observation was that there are few staff on the stations to help/advise. Hence the need for more time.

The French trains were cancelled several times without any notice and our preprepared routes were disrupted causing extra cost to us.

Montpellier was purely a stop gap en-route to Barcelona although the hotel was bang smack in the centre of an industrial estate and quite far from the city centre. The hotel room was more of a self catering facility so we had to rely on reception to get food and drink. Given that we arrived on a Sunday evening this was difficult.

Barcelona was nice and at least three days is advised if you want to make the most of it. Do your homework and pre plan what you want to see. Many places of interest are booked online.

Madrid is similar to Barcelona and we’d once again advise on using the public transport. If you want traditional food then search carefully otherwise you’ll be eating fast food.

Lisbon is lovely although be prepared to do lots of walking. There are lots of independent shops that sell local crafts. I’d also recommend going to the square down by the sea as there are market stalls all around.

Nonetheless a learning experience and we’d probably not try and pack in so much is a short time.

An adventure via rail was both exciting & at times confusing, but after awhile, we finally learned the ins & outs of how to manage the trip, even when glitches arise. Thank you for the experience!

Interrailing packages organized our honeymoon for us, we had an idea in our heads and they made it a hassle free reality by creating a custom package for us. We found the app useful, it was good to have all the information for our trip in one central place. It meant that we were able to just relax and enjoy it. The city guides were really helpful and informative, and we booked a lot of the suggested tours from the app and had amazing experiences. There were a broad range of things to see and do and really something for everyone. Interrailing packages paid attention to all the finer details for us, and we knew we were able to contact them at any time in an emergency, including when we lost our room key. Accommodation was always in a good location and to a high standard and it was helpful that they provided us directions for our transport and accommodation. Booking with interrailing packages is a great way to see less familiar places and to move between more than 1 location, following their recommendations. We were able to move between locations in Italy, Slovenia, and several places in Croatia over a period of 2 weeks and we found it to be great value for money. They have a friendly, trustworthy and reliable team. We would definitely recommend anyone to book with interrailing packages as they have something for everyone be it young or old, holiday or honeymoon.

Everyone at Interrailing Packages was so amazing and helpful! From the start of our trip planning, our plans and destinations changed multiple times prior to booking, and the team was so helpful in making our adjustments and giving us the best deals we could have asked for. They gave wonderful tips and instructions for our trip, which made everything a breeze! The hotel accommodations were all so charming and amazing, and we could not have asked for a better experience! We would definitely recommend interrailing packages. They planned the 17 day custom route trip in the best way, with the right amount of nights per place as we were unsure originally. The staff are so friendly and were happy to answer so many questions that we had as over-planners! We had great hotels in great locations and even managed to get a free upgrade in Berlin. Their app is so handy as it has everything you need in one place. It makes everything so easy and stress free with directions to the hotels from the train station and suggested experiences for us to do per location. We even got a free photo album from them just for posting TikToks about our experiences (TikTok: ccannferg)! We would definitely book with them again, already eyeing up their Croatian package.

Perfect blend of an organized tour and an on-your-own adventure. Staff were responsive, flexible and great to work with. We had no problems with anything booked by InterRailing (trains and accommodations). The app used to track our itinerary was very helpful. We'd do it all again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing experience with Interrail. The planning was perfect, everything was precise and well organised. We haven’t had one single problem with the app, everything was clearly explained. The hotels were all good and comfortable and in a good position.

We had a great trip, thanks to our custom interrail package! We had everything we needed, the trains were on time and ran very smoothly, and the hotels were good. The Tineri and Rail Planner apps were essential for keeping track of all of our documents, train times, and activities and the staff was super helpful answering all of my questions while planning for our trip.

The train journeys with beautiful landscapes and the hotel bookings at interesting locations made it a fantastic experience for us travelling with interrailing packages.

The company is very accommodating to our request and replies quickly. They did very well in choosing hotels that are appropriate for the budget yet still close to the attraction sites!
