I set it up in about 20 minutes by myself .Good build quality. Now my car is stored at my house where i can keep my eyes on it and use it whenever i want .

Was a bit sceptical but I wanted a way to store my summer car safely from the elements in the North-East of England until I can get the ground work done for a brick and mortar built garage. The outdoor Ultimate shield has so far delivered what I wanted. Its raining outside now and my car is dry and the positive filtered clean air on the car is protecting it. I think if you have a car you are planning to keep forever but don't have proper storage (yet) this is the way to go. Thank you Filippo!

I purchased the 22 ft outdoor car shield to fit my classic car and it exceeded my expectations. This is constructed like a zodiac boat with high quality zippers and plenty of tie down anchor points inside and out. Overall very pleased.

Great garages and very durable.

The 18' Car Shield was ordered through Amazon and it came today via UPS, and it looked like a herd of elephants ran over the box and UPS attempted to keep it together with a ton of clear tape. Got it spread out on the floor, only to realize there was no pump, and customer service is closed. Contacted Amazon and they want me to send it back for an exchange. The better solution would be to send me a pump overnight. We'll see what happens in the morning. Not happy.

I've had my garage for about 18 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the product. It does an excellent job protecting my car from the elements—which is especially important here in New England, where we experience all kinds of weather.

Recently, I ran into an issue with the air pump. Filippo was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting the problem, and we determined that the pump needed to be replaced. He quickly shipped out a new one, allowing me to keep the garage properly inflated without any major disruption.

The level of service I received was outstanding, and I'm very pleased with how everything was handled. It’s reassuring to know that great support backs a great product.

we would have loved the item but due to all the tarrifs situations it caused problems maybe once this is all cleared, we will look into ordering again.

Needed a car cover for Mauritius where the sun is just brutal on a vehicle not in a garage.

Flippo was absolutely amazing in assisting with getting the product to me.
There were a few bumps in the road from getting it cleared at customs but he was on it in making sure that I got the product in the end.

The product itself is world class.
Bloody hell it is built well. I was not expecting it to be so well put together and the way they have thought about it shows that it was not a slap dash job in the design.

I do recommend that there are at least two people around when setting it up, just makes it easier. However being one person was manageable.

This would get a 10 out of 5 stars review from me for the service and product quality.

our unit was delivered promptly, easier to assemble than i thought, it does a great job protecting my car. I had a couple of concerns but were answered quickly
and honestly. I would purchase and recommend this for one of the best ways to protect your car.

Good communication and fast shipping. The material seems quite tough and durable. The instructions were OK, though they could be a little more explicit. The first set up took a little extra time, but having that practice, subsequent set up was easier and pretty quick

I have a couple of outdoor products from Inthegarage and they’ve been absolutely fantastic. The pre and post sales service has been first class too.
I’d highly recommend the company and products to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered a 18ft car shield on the 3/2/25 Said on the website 2- 3 week delivery that's why I decided to choose them (as I've had Carcoon's before and most people reading this will know the problems there with communication and delivery times with hindsight, I should of stuck with them)

I got a message from them that day asking "If I would like a 20ft one instead for the same price as they could dispatch tomorrow" excellent customer service......Unfortunately that's where it ends!

I wasn't able to accept the kind offer as it wouldn't fit where I needed it to go.

On the 10/2/25 (1-2 weeks before it was due to arrive) I receive a email to say "there has been a delay and I won't receive my order until mid March" and we'll reach out when it is shipped" I accepted that as I had no choice really!

Mid March came and went with absolutely no communication, so I emailed them again on the 17/3/25 to ask what was going on got a reply saying "it's due to arrive in the country (UK) tomorrow and they need a week to get it to me" TEN days later still no sign of it or EVEN any communication

So now we are reaching 9 weeks they have had my money for a product they originally told me I would receive in 2-3 weeks!

Are there any car bubble firms out there that don't mess you about?!!!

Edit: I have now received a full refund (as soon as I asked for it) they were very quick to reply to my messages every time, shame they couldn’t get the product to me
