I was looking for a Gretsch boom cymbal arm ,they had it in stock,it was hard to find anywhere and I’m in Canada they were really quick in shipping it to me very happy with the service at Into Music Drum store.

I purchased a Set of Meinl Woodcraft Congas from into Music .They were listed as pre owned ,but we're in immaculate condition.They also came with carry cases ,which is a must for all serious drummers to protect their treasured pieces .

The service ,from packing ,delivery ,communication ,and even after care service is 10/10 ,no bots 100% humans with hearts ,every member of staff I spoke with were always professional,kind , understanding,patient and helpful in answering any queries and offering various options to bring total satisfaction to the user of their services .

I received the very well packaged! drum I ordered the next day which was a nice suprise! Upon closer inspection the drum was quite dusty and had many fingerprints all over drum but I then realised that this must have been out on display in the shop hence its very competitive price. I have since ordered some cymbals and looking forward to receiving those soon!

Bought several bits over the past couple of years, both online and in store. As always, excellent, personal level of service from Jake and the team even during busier moments where the shop floor has several customers requiring attention. S-tier coffee, whilst shopping amongst a haven of drums - strongly recommend getting over to the shop in person for a proper experience. Nothing like buying a drum in-person.

I have just retired from playing drums in a band. I took my kit and other pieces for Luke to have a look at, and he offered me a very fair price. Luke and his staff were very friendly, and helped me to choose a new cymbal and stand for my next adventure. I would highly recommend them to anyone, either buying or selling, it's an Aladdin's Cave.

Ordered a ride cymbal and took over 2 months to arrive, If I had ordered this from somewhere else I would have it in mere days.

Fast and efficient, goods as described and a fair price

I recently bought a Ludwig double bass drum pedal from Into Music. The service was great, I had a few queries and they were very quick to respond. The pedal arrived quickly. I have since been asking about individual drum orders from Ludwig’s factory and Jake has been really helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

Have ordered online from Into Music and today, I finally managed to visit the store as I was in the area. I met Jake and bought a snare and drum head. What a great guy and a fantastic drum shop. Highly recommended for all things drums.
