This company is a SCAM. We just lost our entire non-profit org website after the hosting was going up and down for several weeks. The Australian ABN for this company is cancelled in 2025, and there is no presence other than India.

Unfortunately, my experience with Inventiva was disappointing. It appears they left their client without adequate support, making it difficult to obtain critical website and email hosting information when assistance was urgently needed.

I was helping a business owner recover access to their website and email services, but despite multiple attempts, I received no response and was unable to obtain the necessary hosting details. This left the business in a challenging position.

To minimise disruption, I quickly rebuilt the website and restored the business email services so they could continue operating without further downtime.

WESBITE AND EMAIL HOSTING ISSUES.....
My website has been offline since 26/5/2026 and it is now 15/6/2026. we have not been able to access emails either as they are our website and email host. Daily emails to them via their email or contact page and I have heard nothing. No response just silence. It is disgusting customer service from a customer that has been with them for 15 years.
Previous to this year, they have been great however they have really failed with their service this past year.

My webpage has been on and off starting in may26 and as i write this my webpage is OFF, and there's is ON probably taking money for nothing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMPLETE SCAM
This company is absoulutely impossible to work with now, they have taken our domain and are unresponsive. Our business has lost thousands in sales due to this companies negligence, as our website has been down for 3 weeks now and still no reply from anyone at the company.

Please. We need our online store back and running. I have called both numbers I have emailed all 5 email addresses I have for Inventiva maybe 100 times Ive facebooked, Instagrammed, and linked in. Please I am begging you. Please

Our emails are also down, we are in full panic mode. They clearly haven’t paid their accounts and would never give us admin access to our google workspace so we are in a terrible situation now trying to find a way to recover our email address. Contact is impossible, numbers disconnected and emails bouncing back. I’d also love to know if they are still in business.

They were good until they sold the business and never even told us. It was Australian and has now moved overseas. No one gets back to you anymore when I need someone and now my google workspace account needs reactivating and there is no one to contact. It’s been down for 2 days! I have sent messages to their instagram page, messenger and numerous emails but no one replies. I cannot run my business this way. This company is terrible and I will be leaving ASAP!

Absolutely criminal companies, I wouldn't even recommend them to my competitors.
