Super helpful

I met Jon and Jin in an investment webminar. After that I had a FTF with Jon to discuss about properties in Dubai. I already have an investment property prior to knowing both of them. Jon gave very sound advice amidst the complexity of Dubai investment.

I was stuck in terms of setting up a Dubai bank account.
I did not have formal dealings with them yet they went above and beyond to help me. I am full of gratitude towards their helpfulness

From Stranger to Friend

I got to know Jonathan through a friend when we first landed in Dubai. We were on a recce trip to this unfamiliar yet promising city due to an upcoming work relocation. Although we had heard many stories about how great Dubai is, this was our very first time setting foot here.

From the day we arrived, Jonathan extended exceptional and warm hospitality. He thoughtfully planned our days and guided us through the vast and diverse property market in Dubai, sharing his extensive knowledge with us. He patiently explained the rental market and later guided us through the possibilities of owning a property in Dubai.

Jonathan consistently went above and beyond his responsibilities. He helped us with daily necessities such as groceries, dining options, and general lifestyle guidance, ensuring we were well prepared for our move. Even after we had settled down in Dubai, he continued to check in on us and offered guidance so that we would not feel lost in an unfamiliar environment.

From our first meeting as strangers to becoming friends, it has truly been a wonderful journey.

Kudos to both of them

Jonathan was the first beacon I found in Dubai, a quiet compass guiding me through a city that humbles with its scale and promises. From that initial rendezvous in November 2024, as I stood at the brink of a relocation shaped by work, he orchestrated every detail with a calm mastery—from airport pickup to introductions to communities and showrooms—transforming a daunting move into a purposeful journey. His patient explanations of the property market and Dubai’s unfolding future revealed not just information, but a trust that a place can become home through understanding and care. Now settled, I witness his steady commitment in the practical rhythms of daily life—rental arrangements, groceries (asian products), and the simple, essential bearings of a new city—while Jintao’s own professionalism and market insight add a complementary clarity whenever he’s present. Together, they embody a rare blend of expertise and humanity, earning this tribute for their unwavering support, generosity, and steadfast readiness to help. Kudos to both of them.
