Investors Property Services Is A Horrible Company
Investors Property Services manages Treemont Senior Living Apartments in Houston, Texas. They manage the property terribly. The following facts will inform you of why Investors Property Services receives a zero for the company's operations. Treemont Senior Living Apartments is a horrible place to live. Your life will be in endanger if you are a tenant at this facility. Do not dwell here or send your Mother or Father or any senior citizen to this facility. I and some of the other tenants who reside at this facility have encountered daily elder abuse. The lowest rate I would give the management and the building is a zero - 0. Do not rent any apartment at Treemont Senior Living Apartments or purchase or dwell in any property that is owned by Laredo Hotel Group, LP or managed by Investors Property Services. Treemont Senior Living Apartments is owned by Laredo Hotel Group, LP or L.P. It is managed by Investors Property Services. I and other tenants have encountered severe elder abuse. I have no air conditioner that is cooling. The residents that live in the C building have no air conditioner that is cooling. Temperatures in my apartment are 80-85 degrees. For approximately six weeks, tenants have been exposed to extreme heat and as a result, tenants are getting sicker. Management said the air conditioner needs a new chiller. Tenants have been murdered and assaulted at this facility. Tenants have had heart attacks and strokes due to the hot building and their hot apartments. Management will not assist you if you have health problems. Management told employees to not assist tenants if they fall or in any way. The building is filthy and unsanitary. There are horrible cockroach and bed bud infestations. The rental rates are too high and vary from person to person and color to color. There is housing discrimination. Management is rude, uncaring and unprofessional. They treat the tenants very poorly. Management does not respond to calls or emails. They do not communicate wisely and efficiently with the residents. They are abusive. The owners Laredo Hotel Group, LP and the property management company, Investors Property Services are horrible too. All of the aforementioned parties are deceptive and lie to tenants about the services that are offered. They have all failed in how they treat the tenants and in caring for the property. I pay 1275.15 per month for rent for a 1 bedroom. I have learned that some are paying $600, $960, $1115 for a 1 bedroom. There are building code violations --fire, safety and health hazards. I have seen tenants fall on the property who are using walkers and wheelchairs because of the uneven and cracked pavement. This place needs to be closed permanently. If they are receiving funds from the State of Texas and the State of California, it needs to stop immediately.
