Really impressed with Invicta TCG. They’ve got a brilliant range of Pokémon products, especially Japanese and Chinese stock, and there’s always something new coming in. The team are friendly, helpful and clearly know their stuff. It’s great to see a company offering such a good variety of products all in one place. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

Just wanted to speak about my recent experience. I heard about invicta from a friend and I’m so glad I found them. The WhatsApp group is really useful but you have to be super fast as everything sells out really quick. The team are super friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Have followed Invicta on instagram for a little while as I am new to Pokemon card collecting. I decided to place my first order, however I had a few questions about the newest set. I reached out on instagram and sent a few questions and they were answered promptly and professionally, they were very helpful.

I’ve had a really positive experience ordering from Invicta TCG.

Delivery was fast, communication was good throughout, and the overall ordering process was straightforward.

I did have a small issue with the condition of a couple of items in my order, but this was dealt with extremely well. Jamie in particular was excellent — friendly, helpful and quick to respond. They listened to my concerns, communicated clearly and arranged a fair resolution very quickly without making the process difficult.

For me, how a company handles things when there is an issue says a lot about the level of service they provide, and Invicta handled it exactly as I would have hoped.

Really happy with the service overall and I’d be very comfortable ordering from them again. Thanks again to Jamie and the team!

Poor Customer Service
Unfortunately Invicta TCG do not value their customer orders. I ordered 20 of the new Chinese boxes and they were put into a box with no bubble wrap or protection. 2 of the boxes became damaged in transit and they are advising that they are not responsible and cannot offer a replacement due to not having any further stock of that product. Funny that at the time of that email they have 54 boxes left in stock…. Not the best wholesalers i’ve dealt with.

I can safely say I'll probably order from InvictaTCG again, they honestly caught me off-guard with how quickly they sent out my package once it was processed. (It'll be coming today actually, very excited)
