Excellent service from everyone involved in my recent insulation and boiler fit by Invictus energy punctual polite and informative

Two engineers came to my property , they delt with the problem . Quickly effectively, and explained everything to my husband and l. They were really kind friendly, which put us at ease , l would highly recommend this company for their professional work and nice people . Thank you.

Had new boiler installed. Great service from the initial survey visit to installation and commissioning. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable from the staff in the office to the engineers on site. Price was also very competitive. Would definitely recommend this Company.

Just had a brand new boiler installed and it works like a charm, especially now it's winter the Hive is amazing! I could not be happier with the whole experience. Their customer service is very helpful and friendly and also the tradesman was very professional and extremely neat and tidy! I will be recommending Invictus Energy Group in the future.

Had a new boiler fitted excellent service , was done efficiently and quickly, no mess was made , such a good boiler so quiet , very professional tradesmen who were very polite nothing was too much trouble for them , the Hive control is brilliant.

Invictus were great when we needed a boiler repair. We were contacted straight away about arranging a consultancy visit and afterwards confirming the actual job appointment.
The plumber and apprentice were really friendly and explained the job and how long it’d take.

All done on time and a quick turnaround start to finish, great all round experience.

Hi got this company in to install underfloor and loft insulation as well as a new boiler.From survey to install .the whole process ran very smoothly, with the office keeping my informed ,to the fitters turning up on time and being very polite ,completing a professional job .I can't recommend this company enough

Had boiler fitted few months ago the service was good and kept well informed by Molly. Only negative was the Hive box was left for myself to setup i did not have a clue even my electrician had to call number for Hive to talk him through as would not connect so would have been good to have boiler fitter do this for me as im a pensioner and could not do it so had to pay to get it sorted.

I spoke to Sarah about my elderly parents Hive control not working properly. She was very supportive and arranged for Luke to come out on the same day.
He reset the Hive and explained it really well to my 92year old Dad.
My Mum (89year old) has bronchitis and needed a constant temperature in the house, so it needed sorting asap, which both Sarah and Luke sorted out on the same day.
Exceptional service carried out with care and compassion! Thank you so much 😊

Had a boiler fitted by invictus in may,on Sunday the heating went haywire but managed to keep working so on Monday,same again,so I rang & explained the problem & this morning a lovely man came & within an hour it was fixed.he then proceeded to explain in detail to my husband exactly what had happened.can't thank him enough.&thanks to invictus for such great after service thanks so much Mrs Margaret Crilly

Called out after my boiler stopped working.

I planned on replacing it until the mentioned it was probably an easy fix. There electrician came out and had it fixed in less than half an hour.

Saved me lots of money and time instead of just trying to sell me a new boiler that i didnt need.

Very impressed overall. From Liam who did our survey to Steve and Danny who fitted the now boiler. Special thanks to Steve who found a gas leak behind my cooker as a result of an incompetent fitter from my new gas hob 3months earlier. He fixed it then carried on with the job. Then today a lovely young man called Jake finished the electrical installation. I’m thrilled by this company! Thank you so much!

Poor customer service. Every time they contacted me to arrange a time it was when I had already explained numerous times I was in work. Wrote an email of complaint. Didn't respond till I called them. Electrician turned up 4 hrs after he was supposed to as he wasnt told that it was supposed to be his first job which I had been told. Finally put through to a manager as my meter had problems where they couldn't find the bonding. Was told he would come out with the electrician to sort on the Monday. Manager never turned up. Had to ask 3 times for a receipt for what I paid which eventually turned up in the post. On the plus side all the workmen from the underfloor fitters to the boiler fitter and the electrician where extremely professional and hard working.

You were professional from the start, Fran, your plumber came to our house at 8 am prompt and we felt that we could leave him in our house with no problem, I spoke to Stephanie from the office who took payment over the phone and she promptly booked us in with an electrician to finish any electrical work, very satisfied with Invictus 👍

We’ve just had a boiler conversion done by Steve and Danny. Really happy with the whole installation, they worked really hard and we’re very quick and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend

Really easy from start to finish. Great communication. Workmen were careful and cleaned up after themselves. Cannot fault anything

New boiler and heating controls were fitted swiftly but there has been a problem with both boiler and Hive but these were soon rectified. The workmen were very good and left everything tidy
