ION BODY | Strength for Life Reviews 

For someone who doesn't have time to attend the gym, I have found my experience with ion body worth while. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, my little one even joins me for my sessions which I feel has been immensely helpful.
The sessions themselves felt really odd at first but I started getting the hang of it. I see Sam most times and that consistency is gr8, the rest of the team are supper friendly as well.
Things I hv noticed since starting with Ion body: I feel more motivated to eat healthy and do some exercise at home, I feel less tired than I did previously, I feel stronger plus a little icing on the cake....weight loss😃.

A massive THANK YOU to Martin at ION Body EMS for supporting the local rugby club taking the time to plan and deliver a talk to over 20 of our U14's about energy drinks and protein shakes. It was great for our players and parents to understand the facts whilst reiterating at their age the importance of having a balanced diet, drinking water and getting enough sleep to allow your body to recover.

Hearing the facts from an expert with years of experience will help our players make informed decisions as they progress their fitness journey into adulthood.

I’ve been training at ION Body for well over a year now and I love it. You really do feel as though you’ve done a round in the gym after just 20 minutes. I have visibly toned as well as increasing my core strength and my general strength. I have had the pleasure of being trained by everyone in the ION team now and they have all been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend to anyone wishing to improve their general fitness (body and mind) as well as those who have specific injuries who require a recovery programme (I occasionally experience lower back pain and the exercises really cured the pain).

I have had 4 Ems session so far “induction sessions” 20 mins each at Ion Body EMS Personal Training .
I feel energetic snd starting to tone .
Also to my surprise my Lower back pain as is much better the pain is improved both in frequency and intensity .
The staff are friendly , supportive and really go go out of their way to accommodate my hectic and chaotic work schedule .

I’m now half way through my first series of sessions and am very impressed. I can really feel my body getting a full workout during the 20 minute sessions, which is perfect as I haven’t time for long stints in the gym. I do have a sense that my overall strength is increasing and that some little niggles are improving. I’d highly recommend giving it a try.

Having trained for a number of years I can honestly say this has changed the way I approach training and has been revolutionary in getting my goals back on track.

The trainers are knowledgeable and take the time to walk you through the process ensuring you get the best results.

I would recommend ION if you’re looking for trained professionals who can give you some real motivation to improve your body goals.

I joined Ion Body in 2021 and have been training ever since. My weight, BMI and body fat have decreased significantly
and my strength and posture have increased making such an improvement to my life. Alongside this, my workouts boost my mood and it’s a great start to my day. It’s a lovely friendly environment with 1:1 support & advice from your trainer. I highly recommend

I was experiencing a lot of pain in my back & running down my leg. Had a couple of TENS sessions with Sam at ION Body EMS & the impact was amazing. I felt immediate relief & was back to functioning normally much quicker than initially anticipated. Sam & others in the EMS team were very welcoming & supportive throughout the sessions. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling with back pain to give it a go. Thanks to Sam & the whole team.

Had a brilliant session today at ION BODY Leeds EMS Personal Training

Never tried EMS training before, and it was quite strange at first, but once I got used to it, it was a really great experience and fab for my very dodgy back. Definitely recommend for anyone struggling with muscle injuries/issues or if you just want to strengthen your body. 💪🏻

I have been doing the EMS training for some time now and highly recommend this workout programme. Not only is it just 20 minutes a week but you also have a personnel trainer to help tailor the programmes to suit your needs and support you through the session. It has helped me to lose weight, tone up, strengthen my muscles and improve my overall posture. I have never felt fitter. I would definitely recommend having a trial session.

I have just had my 4th EMS session with ION body. I’d never tried this type of training before, and was keen to give it a whirl. Thoroughly happy with the results so far! I feel stronger and more toned already and it’s a perfect addition to my weekly cardio routine for building muscle strength. The short session fits in perfectly with my hectic schedule.

I have been going to Ion Body since it opened and it has really changed things for me. The body scan results make it so easy to track what you’re doing and all of the trainers are so friendly and knowledgeable. Even after doing it for so long I still can’t believe it takes less than 30 minutes. I would recommend giving it a try!

ION Body EMS is a fantastic full body workout that has helped me achieve great results. The ION boy team are very professional, they explain each exercise as well as explaining the science behind the EMS machine.
