The product looks great! The quality is top notch and the colors are vibrant. George was willing to make sure the product looked exactly as I envisioned by working closely with the design team.

I reached out to Ipacku on a whim, hoping they could create a very specific packaging solution that would achieve a luxury look and feel for one of our brands.

Without having worked this business before, we were handled with such care, quickness, and guarenteed the best pricing on the market for a very custom design. The shipment arrived at our warehouse with no extra fees and in specialized packaging, guaranteeing that no items were damaged in shipping.

We ordered envelopes that were self-stealing, but they arrived without any adhesive. They mailed me double-sided tape for me to do it myself for the hundreds of envelopes. They then told me to mail it all to them and they would do it. They added some tape, but not on the point so the flap is loose and catches - done so recklessly and poorly that I can't use this for my work. I'm throwing the envelopes away.

We also ordered standard 8 1/2 x 1 paper, but it was cut to the wrong size both length and width. I sent it back - we will see what gets returned - I don't have much hope.

Asking for a rush order quote. Took many emails back and forth, when Jessica Smith finally admitted they couldn't do a rush. After that she sent me 4 weird emails judging me and telling me to calm down. She was disparaging my project and my response. Totally weird.

I have been making boxes for my line of products for over 25 years and I must say that iPacku has made me not only the best ones in terms of quality and finish but also the turnaround was within days, delivered as promised. If I had 3 thumbs I would give them 3 thumbs up! Way to go iPacku!

I just had an excellent experience working with Ipacku and Adam Henry at Ipacku. I ordered custom magnetic closure boxes with foam inserts. The boxes are beautiful and definitely added value to our project. I am not a graphic designer, but Ipacku was very easy to use and the end result is even better than imagined. Adam helped guide me and was very responsive throughout the process. I will absolutely use this company again for future projects.

Let me first start off sharing that ALL businesses go through changes. I happen to be part of one and my initial efforts to get my order processed was challenging with poor communication and difficulties getting support for my company graphics.

Then in stepped George. He was apologetic and went above and beyond to get my art corrected and provided me options that turned out better than expected. The communication was much better and I got my product boxes.

Had I started off with George, this would absolutely be a 5-Star review. I will renew my orders with them when I need more boxes.

I ordered some perfume bags, and they are beautiful..

I hired Ipacku to custom design a box to be used by my manufacturer in China. They did an excellent job on the first attempt. I sent it to the manufacturer and they asked for a small change. I asked that the change be made and Ipacku made it quickly and very professionally. Off it went to China. Well, still another change was needed -- the UPC code added -- I again sent the request to Ipacku and presto, the next day, there it was in my email box. I felt guilty and said I would be glad to pay something extra for the service, but they wouldn't hear of it.

George was very helpful. Let me make several changes without deposit. Very fast shipping too!
