ipasspay is one good company, i have worked for this company for over 5 years, i never miss any payment, always got paid on time, if someone leave one bad review here, he must do something bad first, some Merchants are running high risk business and can't control the charge back rate, so their accounts got shut down , and they are so pissed off and say something bad here, It's common. anyway, i like ipasspay, this company has a lot of business right now, they are doing credit card ,crypto and southeast Asia local wallet processing and more will come.

I’ve been working with IPASSPAY for quite more than 5 years without problems and I don’t know why someone left comments saying scam or something.I don’t think a scammer can live more than 5 years and grow even bigger now, best check your service is legal.

Ipasspay AKA Qeebey Tech Co are scammers.
They keep/steal the merchant's money and say they received a complaint about your business, which is totally fake.
DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY

In July I ordered 2 leather bags. In August I received a broken pair of sunglasses instead. I did not get any answer to my email inquiries and complaints.

These are scam payment company in china. They were previously known as acardpay. Jan hao and yuki are king ping of this sham business. These are illegal processors and should be immediately shut down. They never pay on time and always deduct 30% extra and say it is china conversion fee.

The gateway has 70 % Decline and most card transaction fail

I ordered a pair of shoes and got a pair of useless sunglasses. From my account they took nearly twice as much as much than the website showed. Do not buy anything from this company.

I don't know how they got my debit card, but here's what came up:
Gross Amount-$478.19 USD
Foreign Transaction Fee-$4.78 USD
Net Amount-$482.97 USD

I filed a dispute with paypal, and was told it would be 5 to 10 business days to settle.

I never even heard of this company until I saw a $381.98 charge on my debit card that overdrafted my account. I don't know how they got my card or info but can only assume it is a hack / scam.

Having seen many bad review, I must say that one who has not been paid might have some issue related to transactions such as fraudulent or high cb.
I have recently joined a company which work with ipasspay and we do about 1M USD month and have no concern about the settlement.
On short period experience of mine and long experience of my company I can assure they are good Partners.

Everything is just perfect.

I confirm as written below: this company is a scam company from China. Previous company was: acardpay, they have been banned/reported by VISA and MASTERCARD. Acardpay have the same DNS as ipasspay, they closed acarpay and now they open ipasspay. They will NEVER allow you to withdraw your fundings ever again. Stay away.
