It is a “Rubbish”website！！！Misleading “AT&T Residential IP” – does not match what was sold

I purchased an IP advertised by IPMela as “AT&T Residential / Premium Residential IP”, but my actual experience was completely different from what was promised.

After delivery, multiple independent IP check tools showed that the IP:
• Does not appear as AT&T residential
• Shows characteristics of datacenter / commercial routing
• Fails on platforms where real residential AT&T IPs normally work

When I raised these concerns, the support explanation was vague and inconsistent. I was told to use specific IP lookup websites because “other sites are blocked by the ISP”, which is a very questionable excuse and not how genuine residential ISPs operate.

A real AT&T residential IP should:
• Consistently identify as AT&T across major databases
• Behave like a normal household connection
• Work transparently without special explanations or restrictions

Unfortunately, this product does not meet those expectations.
Advertising such IPs as “AT&T residential” is misleading to customers, especially for users who rely on authentic residential IPs for business or social media platforms.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that buyers verify IP authenticity carefully before trusting the marketing claims made by this provider.

It was okay when I purchased my first Frontier proxy. The quality of the proxy is worth the cost. Then I haven't been able to log in my account after I complained about my second proxy in the ticket and yet still no one responds (I paid for a year. I bought the Verizon proxy but it was identified as a IP Rocket Lab research, AS domain:stingers.io). I can not login in still because their website keeps crushing and shows "This page is restricted. Invalid CSRF Protection Token." If you ask me if their services are good or not, I'm gonna say, the highest price, the worst experience. And it has nothing to do with their IP quality because what do I know? I only spent about 80 USD. Who am I to judge the great IPmela?

After Purchasing the service for a Month, it was active for a few Hours. No VPS server is not connecting. Fully Scam.

My proxy was not set up as promised. I applied for a refund within 10 minutes of the purchase, but it has not been processed yet.

The sprint ISP proxy and verizon is super quality. And the support is awesome. Recommended.

Had to give a 1 star to review absolutely disgusting selling things that don't work also says they are in the UK but they are not they are in China. I have emailed them in connection with the product I doubt I will hear anything back. Not worth sending back as it will probably cost me the 25 quid to send them back. This is a fake website. good rewies are here also fake by their own. support wont reply you once you paid them because its scam. once you paid you get nothing in returns. and support wont reply.

when you go to pay by card internationally check out address bar it's not any merchant it's this website own page store your card info to use it when ever they want. so once you entered information there and submitted they stole all available money. and can use it later on as well until you close your card.

If you pay, treat your money as lost.Lying and treating others like fools is their service.

They are scammers. It's clearly stated in their website that they provide HTTP, Socks5 and other protocols but they only provide HTTP proxy thereby luring customers into making payments and thereafter, they say they can't change to socks5. Their customer care is very rude and unwilling to speak calmly. Customer care blamed me for not chatting support before making purchase. Also, there's no live chat after logging into their website. You have to logout before chatting up the CS. You open a ticket and won't get responded to. Their services are really bad.
