Not happy with timings given not met
Not happy with timings given not met. Appeared at 6pm and I had to find somewhere to go for 5 hours, nearly had to spend that time in the car. Appointment was made between 8 and 2. If I hadn't phoned I may still be waiting!!!! Not good for an elderly dady on her own. Nothing do do with employee, bad management.
Should add that John was really good, very helpful answering my questions and chatty. Thank you John

From the start today i was well received by the person who took my call and explained the procedure.
Ben was prompt, pleasant and took time to explain the procedures and the best option for me.
He carried on and completed the tasks then showed me what he had done and advised me what to do in the next few days. Professional and informative from start to finish.
Excellent service all round.

Hornets nest above my Patio Doors
Jordon sent me a text to let me know when he was arriving on the day, which meant I didn't have to wait in all day. He was very helpful and explained the procedure and solved the Hornets Nest problem on one visit. Will definitely use JG Pest Control again if ever needed.
