The manual for the watch I ordered is in Japanese. I do not read Japanese. I am unable to set the watch to Los Angeles time. Is it possible to send me an English version of the manual? I am unable to find an English translation of the manual ion the internet.

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I purchased a watch (Seiko SSC913P1) that was listed as available in stock. After waiting for about a week and receiving shipping notifications including a DHL arrangement message, I was later informed that the item was actually out of stock and could not be delivered.
Instead of the watch I ordered, I was offered either a refund or a small compensation of ¥3,000 to choose a different model. This felt misleading, as the product was clearly shown as available at the time of purchase.
While communication was polite, the inventory information was not accurate and caused unnecessary delay and frustration, especially since the watch was intended for a specific occasion.
In the end, the order could not be fulfilled as expected, which is very disappointing.

I ordered a watch on Monday afternoon and received it Thursday morning in France! I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly, well done! The package was well packed and the watch was well protected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this website again.

Your site and the process on the order eas very good. What i dont like is the Duties and Taxes that was imposed on my order. I was asked to pay 25% on the cost of my purchase which i think is Too Much.. I hope you can clarify this eith your Courier DHL. Its really disappointment for me.. discourages me on making future orders.. please help me. Thank you

Placed order on March 7, 2026 for a watch listed in stock on their website and disclosing ships within 3 to 5 days. Unfortunately the item was never in stock and they even messaged that they had to procure the watch. I gave them over three weeks to fulfill the order but to no avail. Finally submitted dispute through payment platform and received refund. Unfortunately lost money due to currency exchange changes from purchase date and international fee my credit card charged.

Ippo is a great source for JDM watches, they were very kind and shipped my order quickly despite a complex local situation, I removed 1 star for them ignoring my Emails.
