I work in Cyber Security, all the IPs I see from IPXO are fraud attempts, specifically a counterfeit check ring spamming our customer base with the overpayment scam. Is that your client base? Date of experience, HA! Daily for the last year.

After a few months, IPXO has finally approved my account. They eventually refunded me the value I paid for a subnet when my account was not verified (which their platform allowed me to do).

The first subnet I rented was unusable, another ASN was announcing that space. And IPXO was unable (or unwilling) to revoke RPKI for that ASN.

The second subnet, is actually announced by IPXO themselves. I have a route object in RIPE db so I can announce it myself, but anyway it seems very weird that even after sending them a ticket, they insist I don't have a route object, when clearly I do.

In my opinion their website does look nice, but it's not 100% functional. First I was able to lease a subnet when they after the fact told me I couldn't because my account was not verified (why did the website allowed me to do that in the first place??).
Then rDNS delegation does not work.
Their route creation tab is also very unclear what it does, since they rebrand it as LOA (For me that is Letter of Authority). Plus they make you pay 9$ each time you want to generate an LOA.

For both subnets, I was unable to change rDNS name servers, their API crashes.

It looks like this company is ran by people with very little knowledge of what they're doing. If you have the patience to keep sending them tickets to get things done, then IPXO works fine I guess. But from my experience they take around 3-4 hours to respond to a ticket in average.

Just keeps taking money for something that's not working the ips are announced and used else where and I can't use the rented ips and the nameservers are not able to be used

Very happy with their service so far. Everyone is on top of everything and support is very helpful. Glad to have a COMPANY leasing subnets instead of a fly by night operation.

IPXO has fast support and a great product. I have been using their services for a while now and am very impressed with how consistent they are.

IPXO is a great way to lease out IP addresses. They are the best in the business. IP addresses are too expensive to buy and leasing is a perfect low cost alternative to obtain IP addresses. IPXO provides the platform to do this better than anybody else.

After several months of using IPXO I find it an excellent platform to monetize IP subnets that have been sitting there for years. Using the IPXO is relatively easy and the support team there is excellent in all aspects. I have now a bunch of subnets that have been leased in no time and generating income. Good system for leasing out our unused IP addresses. Software is clean and easy to use. IPXO manages the leasing well and pays on time. Also account managers are helpful in advising on list prices at current market rates so that subnets lease quickly.

The IPXO platform is an easy to use solution to monetise unused IP address space. Responsive support has been provided when needed.
