A mi se me desapareció toto lo que tenía en mi cuenta real, antes de que ocurriera me había llegado un mensaje de inicio de sesión sospechoso y resulta que era yo, ya no podía entrar, cuando lo logré en mi cuenta real no había un solo peso.

La plataforma está diseñada para que el cliente pierda. Es tan baja la liquidez que cualquier inversión que se hace automáticamente la vela japonesa cambia de dirección.

Terrible. Avoid. 1) Binary and Margin charts have different feeds, Binary will not match other brokers feeds. 2) Drawing is a pain. Have to jump thru hoops. They make it as painful to draw as possible. Also extremely slow in paying out. 3) Seems like they "block" deposits thru eg banks and you are forced to use debit/credit card options. Once again as difficult as possible. 4) They will just close an instrument - just because - cant trade it, experienced this on their margin option on the APP. 5) Windows APP (on your pc) and their mobile APP is not linked with regards templates, open instruments etc. 6) Tried them again after about 7 years, their bad reputation is still very valid. Bad service is still their biggest selling point. Customer service does not exist. Just because they sponsor a car does not mean they know anything about the trading world. 8) I wish there was a no-star button and SCAM alert button. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! BIGGEST SCAM!!!

Tant que tu perds ton argent, tout est parfait : exécution rapide, retraits sans aucun souci, aucune restriction. Mais dès que tu commences à gagner réellement, le masque tombe immédiatement.

Compte bridé sans raison, accès aux actifs réduit, mises limitées à des montants ridicules (10 €), bref tout est fait pour t’empêcher de trader normalement. Et comme par hasard, les problèmes arrivent uniquement quand tu es gagnant.

Les retraits deviennent alors un cauchemar : blocages, délais interminables, aucune explication claire, et un service client qui ne donne jamais de réponse concrète. On te balade pendant des semaines, voire des mois.

Conclusion : un système qui semble clairement conçu pour laisser les pertes passer facilement, mais empêcher les gains d’être retirés. À fuir absolument si vous tenez à votre argent.

They are insane now and no customer support at all. Even after sending them email about the deposit along with proof of deposit, they wouldn't respond at all. Its been now 72 hours and no answer. They are just bluffing people now and earning money like this. Do not trade with them at all. I have not done multiple emails at all and everything is in one email now see on 8-Apr-2026 I have paid the amount which was not credited to my trading account. I raised a ticket, IQ Option said after 24 hrs of reply from you to send a proof of payment which I did. Then again after 16 hours I got an email stating to send bank statement to prove that. I send that too. Now thereafter completing 72 hours you guyz send an email the we have escalated the case. This is crazy and not being a good customer relationship. I am still waiting..... Its now been 6 days with no resolution - SHAME ON YOU

I just received my withdrawal from IQ option. I think is important to confirm it since I left my review some few days ago. For me my advice to IQ option is they have to make the withdrawal process a bit easier for traders because trading itself is not easy and after making profit if you have to go through frustration to get your money I think is not good. That been said I still look forward to more trading and more profits with IQ option. Bless

My experience with IQ Option has unfortunately turned into a financial nightmare, and I feel it is my responsibility to warn especially Indian users.

Initially, everything seemed fine. I was trading normally and even had a personal manager assigned who was polite and supportive and also best person i ever had in my life. However, the real problem started when I made a withdrawal to directly in my bank account.

After receiving the withdrawal after few days, my bank account was suddenly frozen due to a cybercrime investigation. Not just my account, but also my family members’ and relatives’ accounts (where funds were transferred from my account which i had taken withdrawal) got frozen. Currently, over ₹7,00,000 is blocked, and since November 2025, my entire financial life has come to a standstill.

I contacted my bank multiple times, and they clearly stated that:

They cannot reverse or return the funds

They cannot unfreeze the account

Only Cyber Crime Police or a Court Order can resolve this

Now here is the most important part:

When I contacted IQ Option support, escalation team, and even higher authorities, I received only generic responses like “contact your bank.”
No real help, no coordination, no responsibility, and not even 1% practical call support was provided. And at that time my personal manager was removed due to not completion of my trading turnover.

Even after explaining that:

The bank is legally powerless

The issue originated from their withdrawal/payment channel

My entire family is suffering

The response remained the same.

As of today:

All my bank accounts are frozen

Loan EMIs are bouncing there emi bouncing charges

Penalties are increasing alot

Recovery agents are harassing my family

We are surviving by borrowing money

Currently i have neither 100rs in my bank account.

This situation has caused serious financial, mental, and social damage.

Final Thoughts

I am not denying that trading involves risk. But what happened here is beyond trading loss,-- it is a complete financial system blockage caused by a withdrawal transaction.

If I had lost money in trading, I could have recovered. But this situation has affected my entire family’s financial stability, which is far more serious. A single withdrawal of 10,000rs lead to completely nightmare to my family members and other relatives.

I hope this review helps others stay cautious and avoid going through what I am facing.

I am writing this to warn others about IQ Option. I have been trying to withdraw my balance of $216 since the 20th of last month, but the platform has completely ignored my request. To make matters worse, they have disabled my trading options and blocked my account without any valid reason or prior notice.
I have tried reaching out to their Live Chat and sent multiple emails to theire support email but I haven't received a single helpful response. They keep asking me to email them, but when I do, they stay silent. This is a clear violation of their own terms and conditions.
I have already posted a review here before, but nothing has changed. They are holding my hard-earned money and refusing to communicate. I demand that they unblock my account immediately and process my withdrawal. My account ID is 190384529.

I had a very frustrating experience with IQ Option.

I deposited 600 THB and managed to trade it up to 680 THB. When I tried to withdraw my money, the platform kept blocking my request. It says I need to submit verification documents, but there is no option or button available for me to upload anything.

The worst part is that I have already completed the verification process before. My account is fully verified, yet I still cannot withdraw. I’ve tried to withdraw more than 10 times, and every single attempt failed.

This situation feels very unfair and confusing. A trading platform should not make it this difficult for users to access their own funds, especially after completing all required verification steps.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

I recently deposited money as a result of one of their promots where they double the spend. I did not go back online for 5 weeks as i was busy at work. Most of the money i deposited was still there as i did not trade with it. When i returned after the time, the money was gone. They advised me that i did not trade so MY MONEY WAS TAKEN AWAY AS PART OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THEIR PROMO. How is that any different from stealing. How can you justify taking my money away. that is theft. i will NEVER use this platform again nor will i EVER promote it to anyone. Mortified!!!!
