They portray the results as cheap only to keep charging bi-weekly subscription that is hard to cancel, quite frankly uncancellable.

An advert with IQ tests came up on accuweather, and I hit it by mistake. It made me curios and I took it, only to find out 30 mins later and 30 Qs answered that I need to pay 0.7 EUR to get the tests results. I've payed the amount, only to find out 48 hrs later that my bank account was charged with 45 EUR. The so called service support is following the T&Cs as expected, so no refund.

I strongly encourage everyone to register complaints! On ncsc gov uk you can report scam websites

Como comentan los demás usuarios no informan debidamente de a dónde te estás suscribiendo haces un pago de 0,99 y antes de que pasen los dos días completos te hacen un cobro de 44,90 euros una absoluta estafa y pérdida de dinero, les he escrito exigiendo que devuelvan el dinero ya que están violando varias directivas en cuanto la poca transparencia y que no se han cumplido los plazos como tal, no pongáis nunca vuestra tarjeta en estos sitios, denunciad en el caso de que os pase lo mismo.

This is literally appalling. As other reviewers have mentioned, this company tricks you into believing the Iq test will cost you 70 cents, you make this transaction via 3DS, so now there is an authorization on your behalf, only for you to be then taken to multiple screens prompting you to subscribe- if you dont want to, u r just returned to the previous screen, if you click continue - the subscription for 23 EUR awaits. Then if you click continue again, it takes you to another screen imitating a promotion of some sort to use their “services”. Absolutely no prices whatsoever are mentioned on this screen. Click continue and you are now automatically charged the 23 EUr.
but of course, thats not all - 3 days later, another automatic subscription in the amount of 45 EUR is now charged.

Claims of 24-7 support in their site - false, of course, only an absolutely useless AI.

They do have a contact email but so far no one has responded to me which is of no surprise given the 0 ethics those scammers have.

Huge Scam, I put my other bank card, that doesn’t have almost any money on it, because I do it on some sus websites. I payed 0.70€ because I wanted to do an IQ test for cheap… now I saw, that they wanted to charge me 44.90€, I immediately went and cancelled the subscription, because my bank told me, that my card declined because of not succesful transaction… DO NOT PAY them those 0.70€ as it is a big SCAM.

A total scam. Paid for one test and 2 days later there were 2 purchases on my card. I paid with apple pay. I noticed they saved my credit card information on my „account“ without having my consent. Customer service really sucks and they don‘t answer emails and a robot answers phone calls

Very bad. You think you are paying for the IQ test a certain amount (not much) when in fact you are paying for a subscription of almost 45 euros. Very dishonest.

Scam!!!! scam!! Do not try it!!

Straight up scam. You think you’re paying 0.70 for your test result, only for a 14.90 charge to your card after 2 days, and no option to cancel subscription. The company operating the website is MEDIAVIBE - FZCO operating out of Dubai.

Clearly these guys need to be taken down, if you’re reading this, submit a complaint to the UAE government via consumerrights.gov.ae. The more complaints the merrier to try and stop these scammers.

Absolute scammers
You click anything on the website after paying for the initial 79p test and the make a random charge to your card and refuse to pay back / do not respond to emails.
Have disputed with card company as it is a scam.

They hide charges in the fine print absolute scammers - thankfully Monzo automatically blocked it

I did all the work, they said it was free, then it turned out it was not. My mother did not want to pay because she thought it was a scam, and it turns out to be true. I'm glad we didn't pay, but I am mad I did not get my results.

Scammers, they ask for a small payment, after that they charge a full price for nothing.

UPDATE: I got my money back! I have made a dispute with Mastercard on these scammers and they managed to get my money back. DISPUTE THEM! Don't let them get away with these practices.

For all of you using their ”services” and automatically get enrolled. Please flag this provider as fraudulent. They hide details in fine print and when you contact them they have an answer on automatic with ”you agreed to this” which means they know EXACTLY what they are doing.

did not consent to subscription fee and they charged me 44 euros, scam company. wrote the charge in such small letters so you wouldnt notice. shit company shit people

Scammers. Paid 79pence for an IQ report as advertised and then they secretly enrolled me into a subscription and charged me £34. Found the subscription wording in small print on the email they sent only giving 2 days to cancel

Well, it's well thought scam method. I canceled the subscription. Let's see if they put charge in 2 days and keep my payment information.
