Welcome to “I Repair Macs”, as our name suggests, we repair Macs, iPhones and iPads in-person and online. You can contact us 7 days a week. We are an independent Apple Mac repair specialist, and we have been operating for over 10 years. If you read the dates on the reviews on Google and Trustpilot, you see they go back about 9 years. We have been consistently delivering quality service to customers in London for more than a decade. We have actually been in the tech business almost 20 years, however, the first 10 years was pure business-to-business support, that’s why we say about 10 years. Nowadays, we are a tiny business, and we like it like that. We are definitely not going to be the cheapest. However, you will get great value for money, excellent service and honesty and accountability. Thank you for supporting a local small business.

As for the screen replacement, I’m really impressed, it’s almost like I’ve bought my laptop brand new again + going back to working on my laptop has been seamless! I’m glad I chose them because the price was reasonable, fair and didn’t stray beyond what the price calculator had stated + the free collection and delivery was definitely an incentive and not something you see with many businesses. Highly recommend!

I needed to get the battery for my Mac replaced. I tried the Apple store on Regent St. They said I would need to leave my laptop with them for 2 WEEKS!!!, but - of course - suggested I might get a new M3. Market abuse at work (hope you are listening CMA). I am so not an Apple-fan-boy.
Ryan arrange for my laptop to be picked up and returned all on the same day. Top job.

The store technician, Ryan, demonstrated great customer service and hospitality. He was quick to explain the whole procedure in detail, which made my experience stress-free and easy. Ryan repaired my laptop in just 24 hours as I needed it immediately since I had deadlines. Despite the urgency, he ensured the repair was flawless and handled everything with remarkable efficiency. Overall, the store and my whole experience was 10/10. I would highly recommend this to everyone! You cannot go wrong!

Good personal service
Ryan was very quick to respond to my call when I needed to get my macbook screen replaced. It was an expensive job but his prices were comparable and what was good about him was that he picked up the laptop and dropped it back to me so i didn't have to schlep around with it. The job was perfect and he kept me informed how long it would take and when he could bring it back. Will definitely use him again for any computer needs!

An excellent experience
When we had an emergency with our son's laptop, a Mac, Ryan was helpful and professional from start to finish. Communication was always very timely and Ryan was incredibly transparent about the process, what we should expect (including managing our expectations), his pricing and likely timescales.
He managed to resolve the issue and completely restore the laptop after a liquid spillage when we thought that potentially all had been lost.
Ryan is very polite and a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate go back to him and to recommend him to others.

I called up a few repair shops in London to inquire about their pricing, and Ryan stood out from the rest by going above and beyond what was expected.
He not only provided me with a quote but also advised me on common scams that some shops might deploy to extract more money from their customers.
This helped me build a level of trust with him.
He came to my place and picked up my MacBook on the same day I called.
Communication was excellent. He replied with useful answers to my questions.
The screen was replaced within a few days with no issues.
I paid £380 for a MacBook Pro 13-inch 2018 model (A1989) screen that includes a lifetime warranty.
So, yes ! I strongly recommend anyone with faults in their apple devices, to seek a high quality third-party repair assistance from Ryan and team.
