George and Ray at Irish Rugby Tours put together an incredible experience for our team at the Flanders 10s Open Rugby Tour. From the moment we booked, their communication was clear, timely, and genuinely supportive. They made planning seamless, even with all the moving parts of an international rugby tour.
The accommodations were great, travel logistics were smooth, and the itinerary struck the perfect balance between competitive rugby and time to explore. George and Ray’s experience in organizing tours truly shows—they know what teams need and go above and beyond to deliver it.
What really stood out was how much they cared—not just about the logistics, but about creating memorable moments for everyone on the tour. Incredible Tour Support from Irish Rugby Tours
Irish Rugby Tours took our team to Amsterdam and Belgium for the Flanders Open Rugby Tens tournament, and they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They handled everything—from accommodations and dinner reservations to coordinating directly with tournament organizers—so we could focus on playing and enjoying the trip.
They found us affordable yet comfortable places to stay, and they were very flexible and accommodating with our specific requests and needs. George and Ray were both incredibly friendly, responsive, and fun to be around, which made the trip even better.
Thanks to their organization, we were able to see a lot in a short amount of time—Amsterdam, Gent, Brugge, Brussels, Dendermonde, and Aalst—all without the hassle of planning or navigating on our own. They also took care of our transportation throughout the trip, which made getting around easy and efficient.
I’d highly recommend Irish Rugby Tours to any team planning a tour and would absolutely use them again—10/10!

We had amazing support from beginning to end! I really loved the option to pay in installments. Both of our guides (George and then Ray) gave us plenty of freedom but were still there at just the right times! The included dinners were all super generous. Our tour to Belgium and the Netherlands was rad. Playing in the Flanders Open festival was an unforgettable experience and the tour was organized and suited our group very well. Our guide Ray was absolutely amazing!!! He was so helpful any time there were issues with any of our bookings or arranged transportation and making sure we had a clear itinerary. We’re just home from my son’s U12s rugby tour to Salou. It was just fantastic! Couldn’t fault one thing about the trip. We had a great tour guide who was there to help us with anything we asked. The transfers/ tours/ day trips/ hotel went so smoothly. I’d highly recommend.
