Just received a top I ordered from Iris Ruby. Absolutely nothing like the one in their advert. Really appalling quality and it smells! No possibility of a return as I can't access their website and other users experience has put me off even trying. It's gutting but I'll have to write it off. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !

These people should have no stars I wish I had read the reviews.
I ordered a jumper in December it is now 23rd March no item at all has been revived. It is a pity I saw their advert on the observer website so I mistakenly thought it was legit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is the company tag : a professional online shopping website where you will find tops, dresses, pants,outwears and more! What a load of trash - the clothes are cheap and substandard and look nothing like the pictures shown - if you thought the lengthy delivery times were shocking - the customer service experience is overwhelmingly s**t, refunds will be in the lap of the gods. Dont be fooled by the website reviews - if you look closely the email address are all very similar - I would take a bet that they are all done by themselves. A con outfit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - Buy branded from UK high street stores you know.

Still in dispute, trying to get a refund - still not received.
Now found one item I kept is already falling apart after being worn 4 times!
Now trying to get a refund for that too!
Items are sub-standard, cheap materials, badly put together.
You have been warned - seriously, do not purchase anything from them!

So they offered a refund but by the time you get it less their shipping costs it's not really worth it. Shocking company to deal with /awful awful awful products/ poor aftersales. Stay clear!

Total scam outfit.
/items ordered in November still not arrived. Getting a response is a nightmare. All you get in reply to e mail is the items are in transit and they can't refund on lost or missing goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The company is an absolute scam. DO NOT buy any shirts from them. I purchased a skirt I never received. In the same order I purchased 4 shirts and the picture is NOT what you get delivered to you: The shirts were cheap, PRINT material they will take a photo of the shirts they have on display print them on cheap material, send them to you and charge you for this!!!! I sent to them a complaint email to return and refund right after I received the items. Then after one month of my following-up, they replied and said: "sorry we can't refund after the return period".

I love Irisruby..i have only bought 1pair of boots up to now but i'm very excited about ordering dome of the beautiful clothing .i bought for my semf a pair of boots i had been wanting forever ..I absolutely love them in allthe colours ..mine are the green .They came as promised and they are just like the picture BUT to my horror I had ordered a size too small ..it was my kwn
fault .so here I am just browsing for now but hunting the boots hoping they would be in the sale ..I cant understand some the reviews they are polite and do what they can to make the customer .happy .Thank you IrisRuby .SM.

It, nice in the picture and that's it, deceptive material and worth nothing. Delivery from China.It's some kind of misunderstanding.

I ordered two tops in November which finally arrived at the beginning of February after numerous emails where they finally said the items must have been lost in transit and would be resent. The tops are dreadful, nothing like the website photos and one is not the top I ordered. They are too big despite being labelled ‘small’ and can only be described as cheap and nasty. Having read other reviews I shall cut my losses and won’t return them, doubt any charity shop would want them so will bin them.

OrderNo.HBQFC00005192 I have just discovered this company is a SCAM and no phone number to contact them!!!! I spent over £160 on what look like quality garments; it is indeed, tat! The company have not answered my questions: I live in shared accommodation where I have had to report horrific things including theft of my property and deliveries and they are not responding to my emails asking them to make a claim (suggested by Royal Mail with Reference Numbers) and to forward my items to my partner. A couple of the items are no longer available, one item has been refunded?!!! IT IS A MESS. They may be poor quality but I want to know what is going on with my order and the money they have taken from me! I am contacting Trading Standards

One BIG CON! Absolutely contemptible, cheap and nasty Chinese rubbish. Avoid at all cost!
If you have ordered from them and you actually receive the item, be ready to take it to the charity shop, who will probably put it straight into their skip,
Firstly they try to infect the world, now they are settling for absolute dishonest business practices to ruin whole economies!
Don't even bother complaining to them, they don't speak English and don't even care...............They've got your money!!

I thought I had made a mistake by ordering from Iris Ruby after reading reviews. However, although I had to wait 3 months for the order to arrive, when it did arrive it was better than I expected. The jumper was ok and fit was good. Ok, so it wasn’t top quality but then I didn’t pay a top price.

PLEASE FIND ATTACHED CANNED RESPONSE.

Ordered two items on 8th Dec, was told to expect delivery in 10 to 20 days. To date nothing has been delivered. Contacted them on numerous occassions since and have received a refund on one item but have been told that the other item is in transit therefore cannot be refunded. How long can you be expected to wait?

This company is horrendous. I immediately returned my very inferior goods that were so bad I wouldn't give them to a charity shop.I paid €23 to resend them to China. I honestly think that they operate on the hope that most customers wouldn't go to this bother but I was so annoyed that I pursued them on a daily basis.
They claimed that after three weeks my stuff had not arrived even though proof of postage was provided. I threatened them with Pay Pay and once again
they asked me for my order details and proof of postage after a month of conflict. Only for Pay Pay who worked immediately and very efficiently I would not have got my money back. I didn't get my cost of postage but was glad to be refunded. This company are scammers..They are Chinese and do NOT have a British warehouse, they should not be allowed to trade and are heartless. I order clothes as Xmas gifts on November 18th and they arrived on Jan 4th and I certainly would not give them to anyone, as the clothes are nothing like their advertising photo. Also when Paypal contacted Iris Ruby they offered me a 40% refund still ignoring my grievance as to how bad their order was.

This Company are truly useless.
I placed an order for Christmas presents on 13.12.20 and today(1.2.21) not all of the order has arrived. I gave the incomplete gift to my relation at the end of last week. The shoes were too small and they will not accept any resolution since it is more than two weeks since they were delivered.
The quality of the goods is very poor.The photographs represent items very well but that is not borne out with the real thing.
The customer relation department is dismissive of enquiries and just standard replies are sent out.
I would urge people not to deal with this Company. My experience with them has been the worst shopping experience I can recall and dealing with Customer Services is akin to obtaining helpful customer care from the Gas Board.
I shall never shop with them again.

I bought two tops which are a complete disappointment. The photographs of the tops on the website give the impression that they are a woven knitwear material with raised or embroidered detailing.
They are in fact printed from a photograph of a woven top printed onto very cheap material.
Even though I ordered a size bigger they are too tight
Its not even worth me sending them back as I have to pay postage back to China and going by other posts might not ever get a refund

Do not order! This company is based in China and has no UK registered address. Items were not as described (screen printed, not knit) and they are calming I need to return items, at my cost, to China! That would be £30 shipping for a £35 return! Also, items took more than a month to arrive. Terrible! Reported to trading standards.
