Je rédige cet avis pour partager mon expérience, dans l'espoir d'éviter à d'autres de se retrouver dans la même situation.

J'ai investi dans une entreprise qui, au départ, semblait tout à fait digne de confiance. Tout paraissait professionnel et la communication initiale m'a rassuré quant à la sécurité de mon argent. Malheureusement, les choses ont mal tourné lorsque j'ai tenté d'effectuer un retrait. Ce qui aurait dû être une simple formalité s'est transformé en un véritable casse-tête.

Mes demandes de retrait ont été retardées à plusieurs reprises et, chaque fois que je contactais le service client, je recevais des réponses vagues ou répétitives qui ne répondaient pas à mes préoccupations. Au fil du temps, leurs réponses se sont raréfiées jusqu'à cesser complètement. C'était extrêmement frustrant et stressant, surtout en sachant que mes fonds étaient bloqués sans aucune explication claire.

L'absence de service client digne de ce nom de la part de l'entreprise dans laquelle j'avais investi a aggravé la situation. Il n'y avait aucune responsabilité, aucune transparence et aucune aide concrète au moment où j'en avais le plus besoin.

Après m'être sentie bloquée pendant un certain temps, j'ai décidé de chercher de l'aide et je suis tombée sur 𝒌𝒍𝒊𝑿𝒐𝑻. Honnêtement, j'étais hésitante au début, mais j'ai décidé de tenter le coup. Dès le départ, la différence était flagrante. Ils étaient réactifs, professionnels et ont pris le temps de bien comprendre ma situation.

𝒌𝒍𝒊𝑿𝒐𝑻 m'a guidée pas à pas tout au long du processus et m'a tenue informée, ce qui m'a rassurée comme je ne l'avais pas été depuis longtemps. Leur communication était constante et je sentais qu'ils travaillaient vraiment sur mon dossier.

Après un certain temps, j'ai enfin reçu la confirmation que mes fonds avaient été récupérés. Le soulagement que j'ai ressenti à ce moment-là est indescriptible. Je suis sincèrement reconnaissante pour leurs efforts et leur soutien.

J'apprécie sincèrement l'aide de 𝒌𝒍𝒊𝑿𝒐𝑻 durant cette période difficile, et je suis reconnaissant de ne pas avoir perdu la totalité de mon investissement.

Avertissement : soyez extrêmement prudents avec les plateformes d'investissement en ligne. Si vous rencontrez des problèmes de retrait ou une mauvaise communication, n'ignorez pas la situation. Faites toujours vos recherches et restez vigilants ; cela peut vous éviter beaucoup de stress et d'éventuelles pertes financières.

IronFX is blocking my withdrawal #169324 and ignoring technical error reports (Ticket #169770). Stay away.

UPDATE (Sunday): The company responded to my review asking for details. I have already provided everything via email to their feedback department and through the Trustpilot tool. My withdrawal #169324 is still PENDING. I will not change this rating until the funds are confirmed in my wallet. Let's see if they process it on Monday morning.

Would love to see faster withdrawals.

More than 3 days to accept any withdrawal, they want you to lose money. Still waiting for my money after more than 3 business days are past

How they take your money.
You would think that they are legit but I realised that what they do is they set the rate to whatever they want it to be. so you will find that you are constantly depositing funds to cover fees and overnight fees. Once upon a time I knew my trades was safe but that was a long while ago with IronFX, You deposit and deposit and each time is diminishing. To stop the loss I stopped depositing, and you know what happened.

I was sent this response upon enquiring:

Dear Client,

Thank you for contacting us.

Please that despite positions are hedged, you are still charged for the swap fees for holding the trade overnight.
Note that when a trade is held overnight, you get charged swaps according to the volume and the instrument you are trading.
You can find the swap charges for each instrument by Right Clicking on Market Watch in your desktop terminal and then Specifications.
Also note that swaps are tripled on Wednesdays.
The Swap rate is mainly dependent on the level of interest rates as well as the Company fee for having an open position overnight. The Company has the discretion to change the level of the Swap rate on each Financial Instrument at any given time and the Client acknowledges that he will be informed by the Main Website.
The Client further acknowledges that he is responsible for reviewing the contracts specifications located on the Main Website for being updated on the level of Swap rate prior to placing any order with the Company.

Personally, I think this is dishonest practices. Something just does not sit right. I knew they wanted my money but initially I did not know how as long as I kept my deposit healthy but soon they encroach and take it completely.

Please note they say “The Company has the discretion to change the level of the Swap rate on each Financial Instrument at any given time” I cannot argue with that.

I shall not ever trade with them again.

If anyone knows of a honest trading platform then please let me know.

it is a good trading Website! Withdrawal's are in less than 24h in your Bank account. Support is good and i generall had no Problems since many years here.

The customer support is excellent I love that, and when I make a withdrawal from my trading account it arrived as promised kudos to the team

Lorsque vous effectuer un dépôt en USD sur votre compte de copie Trading. Pour le retrait il faut faire une demande de retrait en USC .En effet j’ai effectué un dépôt de 50USD chez ce courtier , le dépôt est instantané en date du 30/03/26. Mais pour le retrait il faut attendre 2 à 6 jours maximum. Je vous tiens informé si mon retrait à été effectué et en combien de jours. J'ai reçu le dépôt le 02/04/26.

I’ve had a very concerning experience with IronFX that I feel others should be aware of.

On my first account, I traded manually and grew the balance to approximately £6,163.72. Immediately after submitting a withdrawal request, my account was flagged and a manual adjustment (“IN-Corr”) was applied, removing £4,563.72 — effectively wiping out all profits and leaving only my original deposit.

IronFX claim this was due to “price latency arbitrage” (i.e. exploiting price discrepancies between their platform and the market).

However, the way this was applied is highly questionable:

272 total trades
124 profitable / 148 losing or breakeven
Only 19 trades were selected
These 19 trades equal exactly the total profit removed

No losing trades were adjusted.

If this were a genuine pricing issue, it would affect trades more broadly — not just a small subset of profitable trades that conveniently zero out the account.

Many of the price differences shown (0.3–1.0) are also within normal slippage ranges.

When I requested a full breakdown and execution data, I was told:

“nothing further can be provided”

I also have a second account:

Balance: £35,689.84
Deposit: ~£2,200
Profit: ~£33,000

Immediately after requesting a withdrawal, this account has now been placed under investigation, with no explanation or timeline.

Based on my experience, the pattern appears to be:

Withdrawal request → investigation → profits removed or blocked

Support has been unhelpful throughout:

Live chat cannot provide answers
Emails are ignored or delayed
No transparency from the dealing desk

There are also concerns around structure:

IronFX operates under Notesco (BVI) Limited (offshore), not their CySEC-regulated entity.

So client accounts are held with an offshore company with limited oversight, despite the branding suggesting otherwise.

This makes situations like this even more concerning.

All trading was manual, with both wins and losses.

At this stage, I am still waiting for a proper explanation or resolution.

I would strongly advise caution.

**Update following company response:**

IronFX has now replied asking me to provide my details via email. For clarity, I have already done this multiple times — including via direct email, support ticket, and a formal Letter Before Action outlining the issue in full.

Despite this, I have still not received any substantive response or evidence to justify the removal of £4,563.72 in profits from account ***113. The explanation provided (“price latency arbitrage”) remains unsupported, particularly given that only 19 profitable trades were selectively adjusted while no losing trades were touched.

In addition, my second account (16133280), holding £35,689.84, remains under “investigation” immediately after a withdrawal request, with no clear explanation or timeline provided.

I will resend my details as requested, however I expect a proper response from the compliance team addressing the specific points raised, supported by clear and verifiable evidence.

A company where it’s impossible to withdraw profits. Every request is rejected without cause. I’m warning investors to stay away from this firm.

Finally, my funds were returned, and the withdrawal was successful. I'd been waiting for two months for an account review. It was frustrating, but I was assured my money was returned. Perhaps it was just this broker's procedures that took so long to review accounts. Other brokers haven't had this kind of delay. But never mind, my money was successfully withdrawn.

I've edited my post since my money has been returned. But I'm still disappointed with this broker.

They stole my money! Literally! I reported them to FCA. FCA after reviewing the emails from IronFX will take this matter further i see. Avoid this broker!
