Item didn’t arrive
I ordered the test kit on the 21st December, and 17 days later it still hasn’t arrived when it was meant to be dispatched and delivered the next day.
My emails have also not been replied to and I have seen no word of what is happening - order number 2797.
I am editing this comment a week later and replying to the response Iron gym posted:
I actually have now received both orders, I ordered from eBay and the main website fully aware that they are connected as I wanted 2 test kits. I was emailed on the 21st December by iron gym and replied saying I want both orders.
The test kits were legitimate and did work as said. I wrote my initial review before receiving the test kit - I finally received the kits 18 days later which still reflects the bad delivery time. Not once have I asked for a refund and I do not intend to get a refund. Furthermore I was in contact with the company throughout the process emailing multiple times from the 21st December onwards which I have email evidence of - my last email did not even receive a reply.
I am not a scammer, if I could change my review I would leave 3 stars. The product was good but the delivery time was dreadful. The unprofessional response to this review is more concerning though claiming I am a scammer and falsifying unsubstantiated claims about me.
I would say this company is not dreadful as they sell the correct products, however be aware that the next day delivery promised is unreliable.

Delivery confirmation says otherwise. Guy is a scammer wanting free refunds as he also ordered through our reseller on eBay (maxiplay). Waited ONE month before contacting and claimed he didnt get that order either, not knowing we are connected. Left negative feedback on eBay too as a blackmail to get refund.
Reply to the Edit: There is nowhere that says next day delivery!!! It says next day dispatch and I wish I could upload screenshots here as we have 10 email conversation with you where we gave you option to buy Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm as you stated you needed them urgently, to which you declined! Your last email was ignored as we received delivery confirmation. How is delivery times our fault? Is it us personally delivering it to your door or... Royal Mail/Courier?

Ironic coming from you receiving your order yet, claiming unreceived and leaving negative feedbacks all over including the resellers eBay account.
Lastly, delivery confirmation shows you received them before you messaged the reseller on ebay, so I dont see any other correct term other than scammer.
