Damaged product and no customer service help!
We purchased this model for our daughter. It came damaged by a drop from the carrier. We had to purchase a tap and die set as the customer service was NOT helpful in the least. Once it was 3/4 together, we noticed the back wheel fender (which came already assembled to the frame) was deeply dimpled by the metal piece made to attach to the fender. The problem is it was impacting the tire as well. There are marks on this bike that lead us to believe it was a “previously returned item”. We bought this bike due to the good customer service reviews. We are deeply disappointed in this company. The kickstand piece that got damaged had to be tapped out in order to place the kickstand. Damage all around. Even sent pics and a video into customer service. No help. No offer to make things right. No advice on how to fix their product.

I decided to look for a place to write a review about isinwheel to describe how terrible their customer service is. They have no humanity what so ever. Will do anything to get you to keep the board besides returning. Kept telling me to open up the package even knowing that would cost more out of pocket to return if it’s an open box. The delivery alone took almost 2 weeks(says 2-3business days) and it went through 15 trucks and a full circle of travel around my country to get to my house. Very terrible service. Will never recommend. Emailing(the only way you can secure a return label) will generally take 24-48hrs per reply. good luck!

I recently purchased a bicycle from an online store iSinwheel. I want to leave a positive review of my experience. I am satisfied with the quality of the bicycle. It is really very convenient to use. I am a woman and I use it to get to work. Therefore, I recommend everyone to buy this bicycle. I should also mention the excellent customer service. My order arrived very quickly and without delay.

We had an issue with our H7Pro due to an accident. We needed another front fork. Isinwheels was very easy to contact and after a few email exchanges, understood our needs. They then investigated ways to find a replacement fork and within three days had one for us. It was shipped very quickly and installed that day. I am very satisfied with their customer service and technical support.

I ordered two e-scooters for my kids during the holidays.
When I received the delivery notification, I realized they weren’t at my house. I immediately contacted the delivery service, and they basically told me to check around or go file a police report…
I spent time going door-to-door in my neighborhood, but no luck. Meanwhile, since I had no gifts for my kids, I ended up buying two other scooters from Best Buy.
The next day, the original package was finally found at a neighbor’s house… several hundred meters away.
I contacted Isinwheel to return the scooters. After insisting, they agreed and even offered discounts to keep them, which I refused. I returned the items, got refunded — but they refused to reimburse the return shipping costs.
That is completely unacceptable, since the mistake was clearly on their delivery side. In the end, I lost $300 because of their error.
I strongly advise against Isinwheel. Their logistics are unreliable. If anything goes wrong, it will cost you money.
Where to start
Where to start? The company sells a GT2 which is listed as a scooter that can ride off road. Obviously not mountainous or extreme terrain but general gravely type off road experiences. My son took his scooter on a simple dirt road. He hit a bump, nothing to serious and the LCD screen holder broke. It turns out Isinwheel does not sell this replacement part. Additionally, there are no known LCD screen replacements on the open market due to the design. Their solution to this was to recommend I go to a local bike shop and have them glue the item back together or find a secondary unit to attach to the LCD screen. Buyer beware. They will not help you fix something within the 1 year warranty for the Scooter.

I bought a rear wheel motor for my E bike from them because that’s the type of E bike I have by accident. I ordered a U5 Pro when I needed it just a U5 when I received my rear wheel motor I opened it and saw it was the wrong one so I got in contact with customer service of the isinwheel company explain to them what happened and they said according to their refund policy unless it’s defective, they cannot take it back and offered me the correct one to buy same price so I offered can I return this one and exchange it for that one I didn’t want my money back. I just wanted the correct one. I was even offering to pay for shipping because of the mistake I made and they still refused and offered me $20 of the $160 I spent. I give this company a negative star because of the customer service treatment you get I probably will get rid of my E bike and get a new one with better customer service hopefully

Affiliate Not Paid for Months – Serious Trust Issue
I have been working as an affiliate for Isinwheel and have generated over $47,000 in sales for their company.
However, my affiliate commission (over $3,900) has not been paid for 5–6 months, despite multiple follow-ups via email, dashboard, and Facebook support.
Each time, I was told the issue would be “forwarded” or “processed soon,” but nothing has been resolved.
As an affiliate, I invested my own money, time, and effort to bring them customers. They earned real revenue, but I have not received what I rightfully earned.
This is very disappointing and raises serious concerns about trust and professionalism.
I am still hoping Isinwheel will resolve this issue and honor their commitment. But until then, I cannot recommend working with them as an affiliate partner.

Bad product, non existing help
This has not been my first time purchasing an electric scooter or bike, but it is the first time I’ve experienced issues from the very beginning.
Within just a couple of weeks, the tire exploded. I was later told it may have been due to excessive air pressure or poor tire quality, as the tire had already started cracking on the sides. I want to clarify that I did not add any air myself — the air came as provided from the factory.
In addition to that, several screws became loose or unusable, and I was unable to fix the issues on my own since I am not a mechanic or bike expert. I had to take the bike to a repair shop, where I was repeatedly told that multiple parts needed to be replaced. I ended up purchasing several replacement parts, including a major component on the handlebar, which would not stay in place.
Due to the number of issues within the first two weeks, I contacted customer service to request either a return or proper support. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not provide replacement parts because the bike was already in my possession, and they also refused to accept a return. I felt I was given many excuses and very little actual help.
Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with an electric bike purchase.

The product fell apart in under 60 days of use. The send replacement parts for one problem and not the other. they leave the customer with a non working scooter and try to act like they helped in some way when really just trying to not allow the user a replacement or refund.

I’m really happy with my isinwheel electric bike. What impresses me most is their outstanding customer service—they are polite, patient, and always ready to help. They took good care of every detail and made the whole process smooth and worry‑free. Definitely a reliable brand!
Disappointed by Warranty Handling and Customer Service
I purchased an Isinwheel ebike last year but faced serious hardware issues faulty brakes, motor mount screws twisting and damaging wiring. As a truck driver on the road, it took me a couple of days to gather all the right info and email them just two days after the warranty expired, though the issues began earlier. Instead of any understanding, they enforced rigid policies, refused calls, and only responded after multiple emails. I expected better care others should know this experience
On top of that, the customer service was rude and dismissive, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I want others to be fully aware of how this was handled

so I bought this gt4 dual from their official website and even paid for shipping as well $80 on top of scooter price they promised 3-5 days delivery for eastern zones so I waited and it's not yet shipped so I contacted the support team they mentioned we got a fraud report that there is mismatch of the transaction of your billing address for your credit card can you share the purchase screenshot of your bank statement they Mentioned, so I shared all the required documents they asked and waited 3 more days and they asked again for the screenshot of the same transaction and I'm super frustrated and shared the screenshots via email and it's been 10days till now they haven't shipped yesterday they sent me a email mentioning sorry for the delay as promised 2-5 days shipping but we haven't shipped due to the stock of that particular model so they mentioned the stock will come by next week and for complimentary they said will give lock for the escooter. what the hell who will wait 15-20 days for e scooter to arrive as promised they must ship the item by 3-5days atleast 7days and I even paid for shipping charges as well. Never buying anything from this brand again
Broken fender replacement
Had a broken fender and customer service was able to cover under warranty and send replacement quickly. They provided information on how to replace and answered all my questions. Great experience for having a broken part. Would buy product again.
