If I could give it no stars I would. Purchased a dress and shoes and both very poor quality. I contacted them and like another review mentioned they offered to pay 15% of purchase price. I sent purchases back to address given and registered post. It was stuck in Chinese customs for months then company refused to accept the parcel and it arrived back at my home today 7 months since this all started. The company refuse to reply to my emails. I would not buy anything from this shoddy company

It’s a shame my daughter didn’t read these reviews before purchasing a dress that showed no signs it had anything to do with China, my return has been stuck at the airport customs for 2 weeks, I paid the correct postage and attached the declaration form, any response I get from the company is clearly a AI generated response and not very prompt…. I hope these reviews get read help others in saving their money

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a knitted cardigan. The product received was not the same as the one advertised. Poor quality look a like received. Contacted them and was told to send the item back to China or they would give 15% refund. I binned the item as it was awful. Luckily I paid through Paypal and was able to get a full refund.

Very bad as do not inform you that if the items need returning, you have to send to China, even though address shows UK, items too small and expect me to pay more to return absolutely disgrace , if i knew from China I wouldnt have bought

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The advertising is misleading, the stuff is cheap Chinese, sizes are not true to size and it will cost you to get a refund. Avoid at all costs and save yourself a lot of hassle.

After my review I contacted my credit card supplier.
It takes a lot of effort to print out all the information that they require.
Today I have received a letter from the bank telling me that my request for a full refund has been accepted by the company.
Anyone that has been defrauded by this company should fight for a full refund.
I did it because I felt they should not be allowed to get away with fraudulent behaviour.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid!! Item was cheap and nothing like advertised

!!AVOID!! Absolutely RUBBISH! Cheap Chinese sweat shop crap! I’ve used classier textiles in a basic dishcloth. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this ‘company’!!!!!!

Clothing badly designed. Customers are expected to forward badly designed purchased inUK to China. Would not trust this site again.

These people are disgusting scam artists.
They sell clothing with s size chart to guide you as to the size you buy. When the clothing arrives it is several sizes too small.
Their wording about free postage in UK to give the impression that they are based in the uk.
They say you just have to request a return and they will take care of everything after that.
They are liars. They send an email with an address in China plus an offer to refund you 10% and to keep the items which are of no use to you to save you the expensive return postage.
That is when you start to smell a rat. The 10% offer is way too fast.
They try not to address the sizing issue.
I found these other reviews too late so I hope more people find them before buying from these disgusting lot of liars.
I now have learnt not to purchase anything from a company that does not give a UK address or an address.

This is a company with a fancy website that is based in China. On the returns tab on their website it mentions you must pay for shipping for returns, even if the item is defective. It does not mention returns go to China and the cost is ridiculous. I ordered a dress which when received was clearly not the same as the photo on the website. They refused to acknowledge their error even after sending them photos and instead offered a 20% refund. Do not be naive like me. Do not order from this site and always check an unfamiliar company on Trust Pilot. And do not order from any company that returns must go back to China at your expense.

Scam company. Dress came from China .Ordered size L using their size chart but could hardly get it on. About 2 sizes too small. Returns are made very difficult. The dress was also cheaply made. Waste of my money. Don't buy from this site

It really isn’t worth the 1 Star!it took weeks to arrive instead of the suggested days. The garment was made of polyester when it claimed to be cotton and linen! When I followed the link to request return information the message was undelivered. I ascertained that the address was misspelt. When I corrected the address the message apparently was delivered but despite their assurance that requests would be responded to within 24 hours they triggered no response. I am seeking to reclaim the cost from my card company and shall certainly report them to trading standards. Avoid this company whatever you do. Trustpilot should have a part to play in this.

From order to delivery i was kept informed, which is so great however am not overly impressed with the shoes i ordered! I don’t feel the quality meets the price - 😞

Do not purchase anything through this site. They are scammers and crooks. Ordered some shoes from them. Took ages to be delivered. Supposed to be my size but were at least 3 sizes too small and crap quality. Asked to use their 30 day refund arrangement but they would only agree if we sent the goods back to manufacturer…. In China! No mention of this in their policy as displayed on website. Shipping Costs approximately the same as cost of shoes. This company are in breach of several acts of Consumer legislation and extremely dishonest.

Sadly not cost effective to take it to the small claims court. Appalling morals!

Do not buy from this site. I ordered a sweatshirt and was informed I would receive my sweater within 7-14 days. After 28 days I still haven’t received my order. Asked for a refund NO RESPONSE

Do not fall for this utter trash. I thought I was ordering sude lofas and plastic absolutely disgusting shoes were sent. Followed the instructions for refund and lo and behold it failed to send. The domain name dosnt exist. May as well have thrown £40 out the window. Furious 😡

T shirts are shiny polyester- not pleasant. I had checked this was a British company in case of returns, but on requesting a return am told to return to China at my own expense. Should have followed my gut on this one.

Disgraceful company make purchases for their shoots then try to return them after. Terrible practice clearly very unethical and I would think twice before using them or buying their products.
