Poor admin support. No one to speak to, live chat is an AI bot going round in circles. Booked a call but no one rang me. Unacceptable level of support given level of investment and funds being channelled by this company.

Absolutely appalling experience. I created an account and repeatedly encountered an error when trying to add an EIS commitment. I spent 3 hours trying to get help through the chatbot and even requested a callback from a human, but got nowhere. The EIS deadline is now less than 48 hours away, and instead of resolving the issue, they keep flooding my inbox with reminder emails about the deadline. Having paid £648 to join, I feel I have completely wasted my money and now seriously regret signing up. This platform seems to invest heavily in advertising and PR, but offers zero effective human support when it actually matters

Yeah Alhamdulillah I have never think to search business guide through the the Qur'an, but now with only the video that I watched made me realize that that I left right route to seek Halal wealth. I invested £5,000 into Intro Crowd (later ESE Capital) after it was promoted through Islamic Finance Guru as a high-yield Shariah-compliant opportunity.

The investment was presented not only through online promotion but also through a seminar where Sheikh Mufti Faraz Adam spoke about the opportunity and its Shariah compliance. This created a strong sense of credibility and trust.

The investment itself was an unregulated strategic land Alternative Investment Fund. ESE Capital has since gone into liquidation, and many investors are now uncertain about recovering their money. According to company filings, a significant number of investors were from the Muslim community, and some individuals reportedly invested substantial sums, in certain cases exceeding £200,000. This makes the impact of the collapse even more serious for those affected.

Unregulated land investments are inherently high risk. In my view, the level of financial risk was not sufficiently emphasised compared to the focus on potential returns and religious compliance.

Religious endorsement should not create an implied perception of safety. Shariah compliance does not reduce investment risk, and that distinction is extremely important.

I feel deeply disappointed that such a speculative and high-risk investment was promoted by islamic finance guru to the Muslim community in this way.

Very informative advice for shariah compliant lifestyle investments

Awesome... Good idea, good info and usefull for beginners..everybody can use it, especially muslim investor that looking for shariah compliances product and services.

I am apalled at the lack of transparency and non-communication on what is a serious issue. I invested in one of their Cu8 EIS fund and provided all necessary docs on time.
1. The team did not review the doc on time, and on asking them "The delay occurred as we were verifying multiple investor documents, which temporarily slowed the process...."
2. Since due to no fault of mine, the money is still not invested over a period of close to 2 months, i have been asking to be reimbursed .
That is when Cur8 have stopped responding for the last 2 weeks.
This review is not a rant. I would sincerely ask the top level including the founders to have a look and rectify if people have to trust you with your wealth. This instance has shaken my trust in what i would expect to be an ethical company and me speaking so highly of it to my contacts. Next stop LinkedIn posts on Cur8 and Mr. Ibrahim Khan who posts so many great things about the firm
Edit 31 Oct : I have received updates and while I still feel the lack of comm, clarity and incorrect info that was provided put me through undue stress, I at least understand what happened behind the scenes. Waiting to see what happens next and if I want to continue my business
Edit 1st Dec: The reasons were clearly explained. There is a genuine interest to hear feedback and sort out any toothing issue sand a sincere interest with the client's benefit in mind.
