I have been a repeat customer of island surf for many years. I am giving this rating based on this transaction. I purchased a pair of Uggs and they were a size too small. I called to return them and was told they don't exchange, they only process return. I would have to return the boots and then purchase them again. Iused a 20% off coupon to buy these and 2 gift cards. They told me that the gift cards had since expired so they would not reissue them They also said that they would not honor the same coupon with the new purchase. I just find this to be really poor customer service. On top of that the lady was very belittling. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I was accidentally shipped a duffel bag identical to the one that I ordered, however this particular one was in collaboration with another company resulting in it being substantially more expensive than my intended purchase. When I brought this to their attention not only was I contacted back via phone and email within five minutes of my request, but they offered to remedy the situation by issuing a full refund and even including a return shipping label OR by allowing me to keep the bag at the original purchase price while offering additional percentages off even though I already obtained this item for a complete steal via their Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals. I do a lot of online shopping and feel like I am always met with opposition when dealing with issues/returns so it was very nice to experience effortless generosity and customer care. I have already recommended this website to others and will continue to use it myself.

I purchased a pair of men's rainbow sandals through your company. when I got them saw they were small instead of extra large. I called the help desk and said I am not sure where the mistake was made but I received a small pair of sandals when I wanted a XL. They told me it was my fault it is what I ordered and that I would have to pay for return shipping ($8) and get a credit, then reorder.
it is service like this that makes people go to Amazon Prime - free shipping and free return shipping.
