Shipping was fast, The product was fantastic. I love the mask. I look forward to using my sleep machine. What a difference the right mask makes! Im going to rave about it to my pulmonologist at my next appointment.

iSleep appears to be a CPAP specialist group and product provider that one day decided they should sell items online.
But they did a so-so job at it.
Granted, you can order on-line and pay and track with Shop. And normally, I have no problems with sites that use Shop. But I still have an order listed as "on its way" that I received over a month ago. That order was originally backordered with no notice whatsover. I had to call to say I'd just come pick it up (they have a store in my town) and was told that was fine then when I get there I learned about the backorder.
There is a single receptionist at the counter that does not seem to know how to look up an order. On my second order, even when I explained that I ordered on-line, I had to show them my phone and was told "oh that's a different system" and still had to wait for like 10 minutes while "somebody in back" looked for my order.
They are nice enough people. I just don't think they are setup for e-tail. They have some work to do.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The whole process through testing and getting a machine was quick and very informational. The clinicians are very knowledgeable and were able to address any concern I have had.

This company is very misleading and when I asked if I could use my insurance, they advised me no. Well come to find out I could have gone thru my insurance, and it would have been paid for. It also seemed to me that they were only concerned about trying to sell me a device instead of helping me understand the results. The results came back I have sleep apnea, but I am getting a second opinion from a true medical doctor, and I will be able to go thru my insurance. This is not a good company and from my experience they are using deceptive practices.

Worse customer service and lack of compassion ever. IMHO do NOT do business with this company. My doctors officer referred me to them after being diagnosed with sleep apnea. I went to a local Las Vegas branch office and received a machine and was fitted with a face mask. My problems began when they sent me a box of supplies I did not order or need including several masks that are not recommended for me to use. They keep billing me for these supplies and I told them I want to return them. The items are unused still in their sealed plastic bags but they refuse to let me return them. They also refuse to bill MEDICARE or TRICARE telling me to pay them then I need to submit a claim to my insurance company myself. This is not what their website states saying they will bill your insurance for you. They then transferred my account to a collection agency who began calling me several times a day leaving messages from "The business office" never stating who they were. I called this "businees office" and was informed they were the collection department for iSLEEP Home Sleep Solutions. I told them I wished to speak to their billing department and they gave me the phone number for the iSLEEP mattress company. The gentleman I spoke to was very upset as he had been receiving angry calls from iSLEEP sleep solutions customers and he had no connection with iSLEEP sleep solutions. How ridiculous is it that their collections office gives out the wrong phone number for their billing department. When I call their billing department I am told I must speak to their billing supervisor by the name of Rosa Sanchez. When they transfer my call I always get Sanchez's voice mail. Out of my over 50 calls to her she only called back twice to tell me very rudely she does not bill MEDICARE or TRICARE and I must bill them myself then hangs up on me. I made a complaint with the Reno NV BBB that was closed because iSLEEP refused to respond to their complaint inquire. I also filed a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General Consumer Protection Department to whom iSLEEP has not responded. This billing supervisor, Rosa Sanchez, is so rude and unprofessional as to not even return my calls and the two times she did just to tell me she does not bill insurance. I must file my own claim and hang up on me. So be aware, they will send supplies to you that you did not order or need, then bill you and refuse to discuss the bill with you then send it to collections

My experience with iSleep has been horrible
*Placed order for at home sleep test waited two weeks before I had to call then they told me that there were more forms to fill out online I got the bill for the device before I even got the device
*I did this to prove that this compony was a scam when I did the test, I stayed awake through the whole 6 hours then after another two weeks to get my results they told me that I had SEVERE yes SEVERE sleep apnea, this is a lie and now I know it for certain
*If you take the at home sleep test, I will almost guarantee they will say you have sleep apnea even if you don't

Promoting maverick was wrong
For me i was wrongfully terminated also from isleep. I am sure Maverick interpreted all the feedback negatively, but from what I understand, my work was okay according to my supervisor zita. But it feels like
I was terminated simply on a whim, or was it truly due to poor performance for since i was hired august. Since Zita was my supervisor. I believe she can shed light on why my contract was abruptly terminated. Also seems like even my zita doesn't even know i was already gone cause she was looking for me that monday shift so how come the email i received is stating my supervisor zita was the one who is responsible for my termination. Seems like her name was just used as an excuse. Please note that no meeting or discussion regarding my termination was held. I only discovered it when I was unable to log in on Monday, September 23. I even asked my coworkers if there was an issue with the Teams system.
