The staff were excellent, very caring very attentive. The hospital was clean tidy. The after-care was excellent. All in all a magnificent experience.

Had a gastric sleeve 1 year ago. The best service possible. Was straight forward. The staff had a bit of a language barrier but still managed to help when needed.

When I decided I was having bariatric surgery in Turkey I researched my surgeon, so I knew the medical background and experience he had.
Once I had booked my surgery I was able to be in contact with Dr Yaman having many conversations via links and it was so supportive and reassuring and he always gave 100% professionalism right upto the surgery date.
When I met Dr Yaman in person my views of never changed they only strengthened.
Post Op he continues to visit you everyday day checking all is as it should be and there to answer any question you may have.
Now I am 20 weeks post op I am still in contact with Dr Yaman, he checks in with you regularly by email and other links giving that continued after care.
This man has changed my life and I will always recommend his medical experience to all that ask

So i had gastric sleeve surgery performed by professor ismaili on monday all the pre op tests were very very thorough, he was very informative , friendly, professional and personalised care to myself. Explained absokutely everthing thoroughly to me throughout. My experience has been absolutely fantastoc and im so pleased and overjoyed he did my surgery im noq on the road to recovery and doing well heres to my new adventure and i coukdnt do it without professor ismalu.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery April 2023. I arrived in Izmir to a big taxi and taken to the hotel for the night then to the hospital the next day. When I arrived at Ozel Saglik hospital I was surprised how beautiful it was - it’s stunning and so clean not like any hospital I have ever seen at home. Everything from start to finish was great. I went through a rep with Gozde International which made booking so easy. (My rep even visited me after surgery and is still in touch) We were put into small groups of 4 which was great because any nerves soon disappeared - the pre op tests were so thorough which made me feel safe, we actually had some laughs. I have a brain condition that I let the rep know about in my medical history so Prof Ismail Yaman and the anaesthetist decided I should go and see their consultant neurologist just to get the go ahead - he was also lovely…I had my surgery soon after…even that made me feel VERY well looked after and that the patient came first. Ismail Yaman he was amazing, he was so gentle, always smiling, he made me feel very safe and my surgery went very well. He came to see me every day and explained everything well through translators. His whole team were great…the nurses, the translators were all great. I couldn’t recommend enough. My life has changed for the better in every way, I’m comfortable in my own skin again and Prof Ismail Yaman still checks up to make sure everything is okay, he makes sure you are taking vitamins, sticking to the right food groups etc after surgery and what you should be doing at the right times. I’ve lost just over 7 stone and honestly feel amazing I’ve went from wearing a size 22 to wearing a size 8. This is the best surgeon.
