ALMOST A GOOD PRODUCT
The problem is when am working and there isn't "enough" noise it makes a terible static noise like an old TV

I try to change the settings but it doesn't help. Even if you want to communicate with someone it turn on "hearing protection" mode. So there is no reason for thet let me say it again awful static noise.

If it always was quiet like i tought then it would be decent but its not

There is no app ither

Only person i could see getting use out of thise would be hunters out in the forest but even then i wouldn't trust this shity product with my hearing because the noise protection mode isnt consistant!

All they would need is to program them correctly but they didn't

I like the idea of these hearing protectors but the product is very expensive given that they perform poorly. In candor, they are not any better than inexpensive generic bluetooth earbuds. They are no better than disposable foam ear plugs for sound protection and I cannot hear music or podcasts when I have equipment running. When I contacted Isotunes about my frustration, they wrote back "This model is designed to function similarly to earplugs, providing passive hearing protection while also allowing you to listen to music or make phone calls. This product do not have active noise-canceling technology."

I bought isotunes pro. Terrible piece to use. Bad sound, bad working of buttons. Some times 1 minute before it switch off. Never buy it!!

Nice customer service, but:

The headphones Link Aware were not useful for me. In a loud environment the voices of other people were very often extremely distorted so that I cannot understand them. The headphones came shipped with some mysterious extra cushions inside.

Not convincing, pricey too.

Update on June 30, They send me the correct item. Very nice customer service. I hope they keep it this way.
I will update after I tested it.

I ordered Isotune 3.0 and it came 2.0 very bad customer service. And I was out of town to make for replacement.

Inside earplugs most of them is deformed.

Would never recommend it after it. Very Bad I hope they learn. I hope you improves your service.

I bought the Ear Defender hearing protection a year ago and had been really satisfied with it. Recently, however, the left ear cup stopped working, and unfortunately, my warranty had already expired a month earlier. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a new pair of hearing protection despite the expired warranty. I'm super happy!

Very disappointed.
No smooth fit, Noise cancelling didn‘t work at all, pieces broke after a few weeks, volume is a joke! Just crap!

Incredible earbuds and equally incredible customer service wow!
I recently received the Isotunes 2.0 from them and it is hands down the best earbuds in the market, nothing comes close to this, thank you very much again Sadie for the very kind customer service and going above and beyond for all the help, all my friends will be buying ISOTUNES and I will only buy isotunes in the future.

Terrible customer service
I contacted Isotunes becourse off a broken plastic bracket, to ask if u could get/buy a replacement part for it, so i dont have to buy a complete new headset. Unfortunately there was no help to get but a petty 15% discount for a new one.

From everything that I purchased for myself/workshop in 2024 these earbuds have been the biggest disappointment. From the first minute they were a problem connecting. They never connect freely without having to reset the earbuds and my phone. The volume is poor and the noise cancelling is a joke if it actually exists at all . Very disappointed.

Contacted the company that my left ear bud stopped working , I have hardly used them . I got nothing back from them . £170 down the drain . Please don’t buy from these

When they were working, I really liked the product. I purchase 3 pairs of the Pro Aware for our company after doing a bunch of research. I picked them for the long battery life and was really intrigued by the Aware Technology. The first set of headphones stopped working within three weeks, the left earbud wasn’t getting any audio. It took multiple requests to have a replacement shipped out. After receiving the replacement set the second and third pair died. One with the same left earbud issue and the other wouldn’t charge. Now the replacement is having the left earbud issue. The biggest disappointment is the customer service. I have attempted to contact Isotunes for a refund with no response. For context we are a small finishing carpentry crew that works mainly indoors.

Thinking in return the item. I got first the free aware model (very expensive) broke in exactly 13 months, looks like programmed obsolescence. Now with the new one The free model, the seal is not great, when turn on something screams in your ear POWER ON. Overall weak seal and nothing special for the price....

Purchased some air defenders to use when I’m cutting out paddock. U fortunately due to the volume limit feature which can’t be overridden they were not suitable. Bliss from customer services replied within 24 hours and has organised returns/refund. Fantastic customer services so absolutely recommend just a shame the volume is too low so can’t give it 5*.

I just can’t say enough about these guys. Nowadays, there’s not many companies that are standing behind their product but I’ve got to tell you my story. I bought a set of the iso tune earbuds of the BT version. I was going to use these for hunting and shooting. The particular version that I had there was a small glitch in the software and so I phoned Isotunes up and they promptly sent me out a new replacement set with the upgraded software on the earbud. They are fantastic and I’ve never had a better set of earbuds for hunting and shooting. They seamlessly connect with my phone they last along time and I will be a customer of theirs for life. The next ones that I will buy will be the 2.0 series which will be good for working in the shop as the steel shop that I work in is quite loud. It will save my ears for the long run. Again fantastic company to deal with and a fantastic product that they sell.

Don't buy them. They will stop working. I have had 3 sets and all of them broke. Even the pair, that I NEVER used. Battery dead. Don't buy them!
